Overall, it was a great shopping experience. Some of the stock was in the wrong place, but Megan at checkout was very helpful. She made sure I was buying the correct product for the job, and she was happy to help me split the order between two different credit cards. Megan was very friendly and courteous.

I went in the store today to speak with someone about purchasing a granite countertop, the associate in that department sat at her desk, the appliance person came over and ask if I needed help, never the associate in that department. I waited for 15 minutes, and she never got up from her desk until her friends came in and she got up and helped them find a washing machine. I went over and asked the appliance lady if she could help me and she said the lady that ignored me was the only one that could help. I was so excited to start looking for my new countertop only to leave annoyed without even a sample.

I’ve stopped going to any other hardware store. The support and management at this store is fantastic. The store manager is always present and will specifically take time to talk to me, the store is always organized and in line just how a hardware store should be

The only problem at this store is the front return desk employees are often talking to one another and seem annoyed that your needing them.

I made a large purchase for a new fence at this store and the Pro Desk employee who helped me went out of her way to be helpful. Francesca was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She made sure that I received the right product at the best possible price and walked me through the entire process. I also asked another employee for help locating another product I needed before leaving and he too was friendly and helpful. He told me exactly where to find what I needed. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

Chester and Scott at the pro desk are awesome to work with. Very helpful, patient and kind. Made some great suggestions and walked the store with us to find products. Really great representatives for HD.

Store has no checkers; other than at contractors end of building. I will not check myself out at any store.

I went Home Depot with a list on my phone. It actually was a text message with pictures of everything my contractor needed to complete the job. The employee in flooring (Holden) went above and beyond to help me get everything on my list so that my contractor would not have to make a return trip to complete the job. Thanks for all your help!!!

Very nice and helpful employees. Store was well stocked and very clean.

Sami in the flooring department was a huge help went in to purchase blinds not something I wanted to do. Dog chewed and ruined my blinds so a trip to Home Depot was not something I wanted to do but Sami helped me get what I needed and matched prices on unavailable stock.

I cannot recommend a store that does not take my safety seriously. They want employees to wear facial coverings but it is a joke when the employees at customer service either had it around their neck or only barely covering their mouths like Tyler did. Not only was he clueless on safety but he must have skipped customer service training as he didn't offer a greeting or even say thank you. Too busy invested in his conversation with his co-worker to care about the customer. No thanks.

Stephen was fabulous! Super helpful and patient with my stereotypical "girl" explanations. He got me every part I needed for the multiple jobs I requested. I will definitely return
