Great customer service and everything I needed for my project.

I received Excellent customer service at this store and an employee named Ally went out of her way to assist me at checkout. I would definitely shop here again!

Allie is best employee, she is very friendly and went out of her way to help me. It is so nice to be greeted with a smile.

This store only has self cash registers open. Garden Center may or may not be open (and this is the beginning of the spring season).

Generally like Home Depot, but they are very lax about expecting their customers to wear masks. Inconsiderate of the majority of customers - caving to the discomfort of confronting the minority of customers who refuse to wear a mask. They are putting everyone at risk.

I've visited many Home Depot locations over the years being a home owner. This location in Athens, GA is by far one of the best in many areas. For starters the customer service is always top notch. You can be walking around the store just looking around and someone will greet you and ask if you need any assistance. To me as a consumer this is huge compared to most other retailers where you can't even find someone to speak with. Also, compared to other HD lotions. This location is always clean and has everything you need in stock. Keep up the great work!

Great Customer service and great deals I enjoy shopping at Home Depot...

We are having our shower redone and the salesman came to our house after calling Home Depot and showed us the materials gave us a price and discussed future remodeling needs. We were very pleased with the contractor that Home Depot sent out.

The Athens home depot store is superior in customer service. Even when I don't need help finding an item I will be asked by at least one sometimes 2 or 3 associates if I need help. I appreciate there is always someone willing to help out this old lady. The young men and women who work at this location are polite, helpful, and more than willing to load heavy items into my vehicle. I do love the fact that as an older woman shopping in a home improvements store I am not invisible. Thank you for training your associates to be customer service oriented.

Terry is Johny on the spot when it comes to helping us out. We finally recieved most of our special order of scaffolding. And he helped us get them and roll out quickly. A young fella help me load them.

I'd like to commend Jeremy on his excellent attentive service for me. He went above and beyond searching for products in store and online. I recently downsized and am renovating my house so Ive been in Home Depot a LOT!!!!!! I really appreciate all your employees dedication to excellence!!!

Clean, organized store and my dog’s favorite store!

I was looking for a particular item, they had it in stock only at this location. It was a phone order due to me just having a baby, The associate that helped me over the phone was very helpful and went above and beyond to place the order for me so that the item could be delivered to my home. Her name wasn’t on my receipt but I still would like to say Thank you very much.

All measures were in place to protect both employees and customers from Covid-19. Associates went out of their way (and departments) in order to help me with my purchases....everything was well stocked, marked and displayed for us customers. I felt welcomed and appreciated

Doing a very poor job of enforcing face masks. Even employees can't get it right. Sick of their excuses. Do better.

Came in to buy a fridge for our first home. Denisse was incredible with working with us in finding the perfect product to fit our needs. She was so patient, understanding, and helpful. We had so many questions and needed extra help because, to be quite honest, we really had no clue what we were getting ourselves into. She treated us with the utmost respect and concern, all while meeting the needs of the other patrons who were coming to look for appliances as well. Home Depot made the purchase seamless and we found exactly what we wanted at a price we can back. Would shop here again for anymore appliance needs!

the associate was rude telling me he couldn't read my mind and wasn't familiar with the computer or the product he was renting. When I spoke to the manager he gave me excuses as to why he might be acting like that even though the manager said he was going to take care of it he went the other way not speaking to the store associate. I will not be going back to this home depot.

I would recommend The Home Depot to others because the store associate was very knowledgeable about the product I had a question about and gave accurate, easy to understand information that I was able to follow.

I had excellent customer service during COVID19. I was actually able to shop for appliance I needed (mine had quit working properly) and was able to look at the models in person and make my decision. The employees were very helpful even though that section of the store was pretty busy. I was able to get my new appliance fairly quickly considering other stores in the area not having inventory or being able to actually look at appliance in person. Thanks so much!!

Although the other home store is a bit more convenient, I have received better service and have found that the items I need are rarely, if ever, out of stock. From now on, I will go the extra distance to Home Depot.

Great customer service. I do wish I didn’t have to wait so long to get a washing machine. It is a week if I have it picked up at the store 11 days if I have it delivered.It is hard to not have appliances that long.

Alfonso in the appliance section is extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and through. The store employees overall are friendly and helpful. The store is clean, organized and not loud. Prices are competitive. This store has definitely improved in all aspects over the past few years. Will definitely use this store as our preferred home improvement place to shop.
