Upon approaching the register Garrett was complaining to a coworker how he hated his job there. Never made eye contact or said hello, never gave me my total or said thank you because he couldn’t stop talking about how much he hated working there. I learned that’s why he called out sick all last week. What a miserable individual with no customer service skills. I’ll definitely stay clear of his register in the future

I've been shopping at this store since it first opened. The employees are polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful; with helping you locate products and explaining and answering questions you might have.

Often Home Depot feels overwhelming and a bit crazy. Cindy in paint every time has been an absolute lifesaver.

She went the extra mile for me and helped me find the website to take the survey!

Steve the guy in the blinds depart was extremely helpful in assisting me in selecting blinds (type/style), having them cut to my requested width, and getting me back on the project very quickly. This store is full of helpful folks!

If you rent tools at Home Depot in auburn make sure you get them when a guy named Steven is there. Probably the best customer service I have ever recieved at any Home Depot. The other guy that helped me in the morning ( not sure what his name was) was not so friendly or helpful

I had an amazing experience at the Home Depot in Auburn, CA. Doesn't really matter what I went in for, what I left with was knowing my favorite store has some truly awesome people, one being Rob. He's the 5 star legend in the orange apron and his customer service was truly spectacular. Thanks Rob, best wishes for a fabulous holiday season my friend!!

Searched all over the store, only 1 guy was willing to help.

We needed to replace our Adirondack chairs. At this time, we could not afford to buy them made out of wood. We were not looking but happily came across plastic ones that were well made at an affordable price. They are sturdy and comfortable and will suffice in the meantime.

The staff is always willing to help no matter what the item is or department you're never turned away even if they don't know where something is

I am so pleased with the customer service experience I’ve recently received at the Auburn Home Depot. The employee Lena went above and beyond with a damaged online order I picked up. After returning the item and receiving a replacement I would definitely recommend anyone in need of customer service at the Auburn store to ask for her. You won’t be disappointed!

We were looking to buy a new refrigerator and we had a spending limit . The gal in the department was so helpful,. She wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive item,. She asked what our most important need was and she went into her computer and found the perfect one,. In the color I wanted and the price was lower then we expected,. She explained how the warranty worked and set the delivery up for us. She was so knowledgeable about the items that they carried and saved us money at the same time!!

Great selection, healthy, and priced to sell in flowers and potted plants.

We use hedge clippers two times a month. This purchase of cordless clippers will help because there is no cord to get in the way. They are light and easy to handle.

We were in several departments today, and each location had a friendly, knowledgeable employee who was very helpful in helping us select items, do cost comparisons and figure out a few alternatives in the materials we selected. Every person was very cordial and really listened to what our plans that we were purchasing materials for.

The overall store atmosphere was busy with a full parking lot. Despite that the store and staff were very friendly and the store was clean, stocked abs organised. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was shown directly and exactly where i needed to go. They knew which isle which side of the isle and in this case in the back of the isle. Knowledgable staff. The cashier was very fast professional and friendly. I had my 4 yr old son with me and Darren gave him a lollipop just as he was with other kids. A nice courteous young man. Fast on the register without rushing us. Thank you Darren

Needs to be a bigger store with more selection. Especially in the foothills where people with property generally have bigger projects.

I have purchased several cedar raised beds from the Home Depot in Auburn, plus lots of veggies for them, and have never been disappointed with quality and price. The employees are always ready to help with anything, which I appreciate.

I contacted Home Depot before anyone else for our Shutters and so glad I did. The company they use has been around for a long time with a great reputation. Shutters are expensive but I feel we got a fair price because Home Depot always gives extra perks for shopping with them. Plus we were able to use our Home Depot card to get 24 Mo same as cash financing so that was a no brainer. Thanks again Home Depot
