Every time we go to this Home Depot store we are greeted by knowledgable employees that take their time to help and explain in detail techniques and tools needed to complete your DIY jobs. The store was organized and it was easy to find the supplies needed.

Excellent shopping experience today looking for a new refrigerator. Sussie, the appliance specialist, was absolutely wonderful. She helped us find the best solution for our needs. She escorted us to the cashier and ensured we had all we needed to be successful. The cashier was efficient, kind and professional. Sussie even called us at home the next day to followup to ensure we had all the details after we departed the store. She was awesome!

Well organised and employee have a good knowledge of product and locations. Store is very clean and follow safety. Provides face mask and all employee wears face mask.

Paint associate would not sell me a 5 gallon bucket of paint because I was not a contractor or Home Depot Pro member. I had to buy individual gallons which I will have to mix together on my own. Also had no single gallon bucket stirrers and said I had to buy a paint can opener. When I told the associate I bought two 5 gallon buckets of paint from Lowe’s earlier in the week he said I had options to go to other places. After I got the paint I asked a manager why they wouldn’t sell me the 5 gallon size and he said they would. I have bought my last thing at this store and possibly the whole Home Depot company. Lowe’s beats them hands down in customer service. I felt like the Home Depot paint associate was forcing me to pay more by buying individual gallons or trying to sell me the Home Depot Pro membership.

Store was clean and followed safety guidelines. Staff was friendly & smiling, willing to help out.

I love this store because of the employees. They are always nice and extremely helpful in finding me solutions to problems.

This home depot is always stocked well and has the most welcoming and helpful staff. I typically find myself shopping for items I'm not familiar with (new DIY projects I've never done, tools I've never used. Etc.) and I typically always get prompt and helpful assistance from a home depot employee. Highly recommend this store/location!

I received very good service. I was shown exactly what I needed and was explained how to accomplish what I need to accomplish. Carlos Jr understood exactly what I needed to fill gaps in flooring in our home and explained how to accomplish what was needed. Ella B. Was very helpful and friendly at checking out. She had a wonderful, helpful attitude. The Home Depot North store in Evans, Georgia, in my experience, was well run, clean and had very good personnel.

I have always enjoyed shopping at the Home Depot vs. other home improvement stores. The employees seem happier and more knowledgeable and are always willing to assist ...even when it's not their department. I'm assuming that's because of the leadership team. The store is always clean and has the products I need.

When I come here availability of merchandise is stocked well, and if I can’t find it, I just have it shipped here and pick it up..convenient!!!!

If you are looking for a customer oriented store, this is it. The customer service and knowledge of the employees who work here is a wonderful change from most home improvement stores.

Friendly staff. My only gripe is online they said the washer I wanted to get was available in store. It was not, I was told the available in store meant the display model which they can not sell. I had to order the washer to be delivered in a week. Not a bad turn around time, however I would have liked to have gotten the washer the same day.

Great staff and good stock in house. A pleasure to shop at this store.
