Today, there was an issue with a weedwhacker head. We walked in with the weedwhacker and Justin came to help. With this help we were able to resolve the issue.

I went to this store looking to buy a water tank for my home. The employees at this place, made an otherwise intimidating experience, like a walk in the park. There was a young man named Jerry. He explained exactly what I needed and differences amongst the products. After that, he took care of creating my order and hand deliver the paper to the cashier (Olivia) who also made the experience feel comfortable and pleasant. Employees at the store (at least the ones I encountered) were all extremely kind and very nice people. I would recommend this store if you want to turn an otherwise stressful shopping experience into a great one!

I enjoy this Home Depot more than almost any store. Many employees know me by name, I’m in here a lot, and are always helpful.

Needed three appliances recently (bought two online and then went into the store and bought the third) and had a great experience with the manager (Adam) and the sales associate (Rob) at the Avon Home Depot. The Home Depot Delivery Experience is outstanding and the delivery team is too! I have high expectations and prior purchase experiences at other stores always fell short but this truly exceeded my expectations!

Our refrigerator was not working for us anymore and it was time to purchase a new one. We found one online, and went to the store to view it in person. The sales associate, Rob Raus, was very helpful and courteous. Check out was quick and easy. If you need to buy an appliance, ask for Rob! He's the best.

In for the usual quick trip while transitioning from Cleveland to Toledo. Could Not have been more impressed with the store and the staff alike. Kudos to the Management and Staff!

I arrived at HOME DEPOT to purchase several items. I was extremely impressed by the friendly, helpful store clerks…not always found today. Thanks abundantly for going above and beyond to serve the customers, in Avon.

A disagreement with cashier over customer service and a .70 cent online pricing difference leads me to leave this location for any other location or competitor. I’ll pay a higher price rather than be dismissed with “that’s the way it is.”

I bought a drier/washer two days ago.

I did have 2 extra parts and came to HD to return them. Tina told me that i cant return. After talking with a gentleman at Pro Desk, he calls her and instruct her to take my returns. Tina is either incompetent either doesnt care about HD customers. Also she made me wait for her with no reason, just ignored me avoiding my eyes.

Cashier Owen was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He also handled a tense exchange between 2 customers with calmness and finesse .

Our two recent visits to the Avon Home Depot have been nothing but refreshing and positive. The associates are energetic, helpful, professional, and efficient! It was so nice to see "customer service" back in our shopping trip. It certainly is a welcome change from the recent trend of past years at other stores. We will be back for future purchases.

Clean store Stocked well

This is my favorite supply store and Home Depot. I always get greeted and offered assistance. Someone is hiring and training their team members very well. Keep up the great work!

I came in after 9pm for chainsaw motor oil, outdoor house insect spray, and hornet spray. A gentleman named Paul at the hardware section at the Avon Location off Detroit went out of his way in a completely different department seeing I needed help and was lost. Found items that weren’t even available on the shelf for me, had amazing product knowledge and it’s the first time in over 50 visits I get such satisfactory customer service. He deserves recognition.

I stopped here on February 11. Had good help from the employees as I couldn't find what I was looking for. Did the self checkout. No problems. The only issue was the clerk in the self checkout area was too busy looking at his phone to have helped if I needed it.

Tevin was a breath of fresh air in being determined to help me. In the past employees stand around talking with each other and you have to pry them into action. It seems like the type of people working there now are an improvement. There is a very heavy set young man at a register when I was coming in to pay a bill and friendly attitude acted like he liked his job.

Leslie was extremely helpful at the checkout line and super friendly
