Our Home Depot flower baskets last the entire summer season

Best place to buy any material or items for any task.

Carina took care of everything over the phone. She was excellent, receipt came through right away, installation is scheduled, they will haul the old w/d away. AMAZING!!

Some of the things are available online but not in the store, some of the things says are available in the store for pickup when arriving to pick up they are not available

The sales representative was extremely helpful in choosing the grill and the checkout fast and friendly. Great experience

Won’t give veterans discount even though I have the stamp on my government issued drivers license. Making Vets prove themselves to the corporate overlords or just trying to rip them off and create an extra hassle. I’ll shop with Ace.

Keith, the forklift driver, was completely amazing and helpful. It was apparent that he was busy, but every time he saw me looking like a lost puppy, he stopped and helped. Five stars for Keith, he went above and beyond!!!!

I'm so disappointed with the care of the orders that I placed in the last two years. All of them had mistakes that cost me time and a nightmare of phone calls to solve the problem. This situation is very different with others Home Depot Stores . I had been shopping in a Home Depot of another state for items regarding my vacation home and the experience wa s completely different, opposite 100%. I don't know who is responsible

Store was dirty, Employees disrespectful if you could find them, except staff at paint department. Lack for samples on flooring

We asked 4 employees to help us and they kept announcing that we needed help on the intercoms but no one came. After a hour of wanting to get a tool out of the locked tool department we had to give up and get a cheaper version that wasn’t locked up and almost decided to leave with nothing

Flooring department has a great selection, with staff that is very knowledgeable with various types of heating..ie radiant heating. Cost was HALF what other local high-end specialty stores would have charged, and even though our purchase was for our lower level guest rooms, we would definitely consider HD again for other areas of our home.

This store has limited help. Plan on searching on you own for anything. I live in rural Colorado I had to drive 1.5 hours. All for no help. Very dissatisfied

We buy a lot of appliances and Lori is our go to person. For Santa gifts this year. I bought all my son’s Milwaukee leaf blowers and then my husband got me one for Mother’s Day. I’ve bought work benches for the boys for their garages and offices. My husband is in HD at least 2-3 times a week. Love HD. Louise

We just purchased countertops through the Avon/Vail store - Jillann, the kitchen designer is amazing. She is professional, so friendly, and knowledgable - we were able to complete the design/purchase via phone/email, which gave us a huge leg up on starting our reno project in May 2022. If you need help with your kitchen/bath design - find her, you won't regret it!

A personal welcome, a fabulous smile and an informed, competent efficient HD representative in the Appliance Department made my week during washer/dryers failures and futile attempts to purchase product elsewhere.

The store employees are helpful, it is the on line shopping that needs an upgrade. Slow, wouldn’t let me make an account or order my products on line.

I drove from Breckenridge because the store near me didn't have what I needed. Everyone I encountered, Jerry, Sally, and Miles, was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was able to get my business taken care of quickly and get back on the road home. I highly recommend this store because of the great employees.
