Today I went seeking for a refrigerator and they definitely took the time to seek for o this thing. I went to another location to find it but didn’t have it. In this location the guy didn’t stop until he found it. Definitely wish I remember his name. Thank you guys for helping me

Was much better when we used to receive weekly paper ads in the mail. We shopped more often. Don’t have time or inclination to look through the computer for ads. Better at your fingertips that only take a quick glance to see what’s available.

I RATHER SHOP AT HOMEDEPOT OVER SHOPPING IN THE MALL. IM IN HOMEDEPOT LIKE EVERY WEEK TWICE DURNING THE SPRING SUMMER AND FALL. IM LIKE A KID IN A CANY STORE

I have been shopping at this location for years and my experience as been great.

I had to purchase a sump pump and home depot employees came to the rescue, showed me the way to a variety of pumps , and I also purchased a utility pump as a back-up. I buy all my home nee at Home Depot in Avon Mass, Thanks and look forward to seeing you in the spring !!!!!!!

It has always been a productive and pleasant shopping experience at this location, I appreciate their attention to detail and patience!!

Delfina, Cedrick and supervisor Mark set the stage for customer service expectations! Service matters. I come here instead of my local Home Depot because of it.

I went in there to purchase materials for work with my daughter. I had an idea of the item I needed but was unsure. The associate gave me several different options in what to purchase which gave me a better clarity. He was multi-tasking between myself and. another customer; but made sure to give us the same level of attention. He put my mind at ease and I left the store feeling confident. My daughter said he was a nice person and I agrred.

Sabrina, Pam, Ali and Nicholas, they are amazing, high spirits, AND happy, and this helps us have a pleasant shopping experience!

An amazing team and great people! They immediately and enthusiastically helped to custom cut a piece of plywood for my porch repair - in a world of not so enthusiastic workers these days they all stepped up, asked all the right questions, and custom cut just the right kind of lumber and dimensions for my porch repair. These guys and gals have the expertise allow me to home repair stuff I would never take on without their advice and assistance. thank guys I appreciate it!

I have been going to the Avon store since it opened. All too often in some respects! I have found the store greatly improved in appearance over the last year. Employees have always been willing and able to help or find help. Dave Mace is exceptional!

There’s a kid there who goes by the name of Cedric over there he’s really nice treats everyone fairly and always has a smile on his face. His dedication to this job is amazing -mk

I was frustrated with a purchase I made at a different Home Depot location. I came to the Avon (2671) location and left very happy. The Cashier (Sabrina) was very patient with me listening to the issues with my purchase from different location. A manager (Ricky) was able to assist me further and help me find the items best suited for me. He was knowledgeable and took time to personally make sure I left satisfied. I will definitely be shopping at this location again.

Product was introduced to me about a month and I came back for a second one, it really works

Most of the cashiers, lawn n garden, supervisors n mgmt all are very nice, friendly and helpful. There are a couple exceptions to the rule, though.

Very disrespectful employees. Refused to refund $$$ for an overcharge.

The email Receipt says it occured in Avon. I’ve never been to the HD in Avon. I was recently in the Hyannis store. Still on hold for CS -it’s been 45 minutes …

I live in Brockton like Avon store better!! Staff much friendlier And very helpful!!!!

I come to Home Depot often and sometimes weekly. If you own a home or in realty related business or have any kind of business, make it your second home.

Anna helped me at check out and got someone to help load heavy items into my car. I am always happy with the assistance and friendliness of the empoyees at The Home Depot

Kudos to Jim in plumbing for giving old fashioned service as I tried to find everything I needed for a plumbing project.
