Excellent help & service!!!

On a recent visit(5/30) my husband and I were looking to replace our Ryobi weed wacker. We could not locate the same model we had, although there was a tag for it. It appeared they were sold out of that particular model. Within minutes we had three associates help us. They searched for the product we came for but were unable to locate one. Instead of telling us to order on line or even try another store, they provided us with an upgraded model at the same price. I was absolutely dazzled by the service. As an aside, we always get great customer service at this store. Thanks to all the associates. What a great group!!

Hello, For the most part, they have what you need. The part that is frustrating is that if you need to 'rent' an item: you need to go to Streetsboro to get that item. They may need to consider having a 'dress code' or some sort of unified item besides the 'smock' for its staff to wear. Such as Kakhi Pants, or a solid black pair of pants, or perhaps a polo shirt for the employees to wear. An employees presentation/hairstyle is important also. They may want to consider pulling an employee aside for this area.

I am in this store at least once a month and it's a good store. Staff is knowledgeable - even across departments - and the store is very well merchandised and clean. It's a good shopping experience - better than any other Home Depot I have tried in the Northeast Ohio area.

Robert, the cashier in the garden department, has absolutely no idea what he is doing. He is obstinate and rude.

I found this store and location very convenient. The staff from the greeter to the cashier could not have been more friendly. I also found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

Bainbridge store has nice and helpful employees. The store needs to ensure they have enough floor asssitants. At times you have to search for help.

THE HOME DEPOT IN AURORA WAS CLEAN. THE ASSOCIATES WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Very well organized store. The staff is extremely helpful and most of the time know there job. They really seem to care about customer service. If they can.t help you they find someone that can.

Overall I love shopping at Home Depot. The employees are very professional and helpful and I would recommend others to shop at the store. One thing I didn't care for was having to check out my own purchases using the self checking machines. You need to have a few registers open for those of us customers to have the option of self checking or going to an employee at the register.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly, from employees walking around the store to the awesome woman at check out who gave me a discount when the emailed coupon on my phone wouldn't scan. Heather in the paint department color matched a 7-year old discontinued green paint sold by another company. She was a paint wizard and now my new home is the exact color I love! I took up a whole lot of her time, but she remained patient and helpful. I really cannot recommend this store enough. One of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time.

As a do it myself for my own personal use jobs I shop here know if I have a problem with my project I can get help here.

I have always liked this store but on my recent visit I was dismayed by the reduced personal check out options. If I wanted to check myself out, I would get a job at Home Depot!!

I received expert and expeditious service in designing a wet bar.

If you need building supplies check this store out. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They rock!

My experiences at this store always seem to be very positive. The associates are friendly and always willing to help.

When you own a home, there is always "something" that needs to be fixed, replaced, looked into etc. It truly never stops. Each season brings on "something" different. It could be a plumbing issue, an appliance that suddenly stops functioning, an electrical problem or maybe you just want to do some upgrading. As an Owner of a business - My clients hold my company/me/our services to a high standard and in turn as a fellow Consumer - I hold the companies/people I chose to do business with/their services and products to the same high standards. Attributes in business dealings that I expect : Knowledge of services/products, Honesty, a Customer Driven ideology and mutual Respect during the business transaction /Fair Pricing in comparison to Quality of Products. I don't want to be "sold" by someone who just wants to make the sale. I want to build a relationship with the company and their staff. To add "them" as a reliable "go to" when needs arise. My husband and I found that in Ben Sussman - Plumbing at this store several days ago. So much so - we cancelled a private install of 3 toilets/a water softener unit while standing with Ben at the Pro Desk as he showed us the price comparison, acquiring product/services thru Home Depot versus this private enterprise. I had a feeling we were getting "sold out" - on price versus product versus install charges from an unnamed private plumber and that is why we went to Home Depot to price compare before following thru. Ben's knowledge, his conviction and devotion to us as potential Customers went far beyond our expectation. He knew we were comparing, that we were partially committed but he took the time to explain thoroughly after listening to our lengthy story. He made viable, workable, cost effective suggestions that were logical and well thought out. When we got home to think about scheduling the work needed, we found out our Refrigerator died. Once again we started the process to replace. Today we went back to Ben - to purchase the Refrigerator. He was there (thankfully) and handled it all smoothly for us - start to finish. In a few weeks we will be back - to start the process of replacing 3 toilets, a water softener thru Ben. And this summer, we hope he can also walk us thru new flooring for our home - maybe even a new deck! Thank you to Home Depot for having the brilliance to employ such a great Associate as Ben Sussman. He is our WOW!!

The employees were exemplary in their service, friendly, and helpful to my needs! The store was very immaculate and everything I needed was taken care of efficiently and checkout was quick!
