Hello, my name is Miss THOMAS and I just wanted to give a great review about Veronica. She is a wonderful young lady. She helped me last summer coming in getting a lot of product for the summer for my home and she’s always been professional quick to help out with no problem and jump in there when a customer is ready to be checked out Again she did a wonderful job again today and she should be recognized for her. Good job good work.

If you ever need help with cabinets or shelving, look for Shannon. She was a great help and took the time to meet every question and need I had. I was very encouraged by her friendliness and knowledge.

The employees here make you feel like an extremely valued customer. They don't just point the finger where things are located. They guide you to it. The help you from start to finish. I Love It!!!

Though prices may run a tad higher, you can't beat the helpful employees at this store. It's also well stocked and cleaner than most.

Had to stop in for a few items and was not only greeted warmly, but was helped by a lovely gentleman named Oliver. Oliver insisted on providing a motorized cart to help me get around the store better (I had a broken ankle at the time of my visit) and also took the time to be kind, attentive, and sincere. He directed me toward the products I was shopping for and remained helpful throughout my experience. He deserves a raise!

The store was very Clean and the 3 associates that were in the paint department were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NICE.

This is not my first experience with being "unduly monitored" while in your store. You will not mitigate your losses by stalking me while I shop. I come to your store to pay for any items I remove from your establishment.

The item I purchased was marked $16.97 on the shelf. I was charged $19.97 at the checkout. This happens consistently at this store. This is not okay!

This store was not crowded and there were friendly staff available to help as soon as I walked in.

Purchased a drill a week ago. To my shock at 9 am on a Sunday they did not have an associate working in that department but the drill I was interested in was locked up. No, let me get the keys for you, just No one is here to work in that department. Wow

Took me to product. yesterday.

Each time I am in this store, someone is readily available to assist me and sometimes educate me to get the right product for my projects.

Shannon helped me pick out appliances! She went above and beyond with her suggestions, and she assisted my dad with a future project idea! She also helped me with the custom countertop tab on the home depot website and gave me an idea for that too! I really appreciate her help! Thank you Shannon! 5 stars for you!

I used to rent their dollies, but I finally bought one and I had an easy time at checkout, thanks to the great staff.

Should not take 45+ minutes to check out. Get more help, move people around, or get managers to help. Plus no one asks if you need any help.

Got the wrong Ryobi Charging device. When I returned it didn't have many issues with getting a new device.

I had shopped at other places looking for a replacement for my Kitchen faucet, they were much more expensive,since my husband died I am living on my social security and I appreciated getting the $25.00 discount?

I have been shopping at this store for several years. I use to dread going because I knew if I needed help, I may not get it. The last few years, I do not dread it. Employees are much nicer and a lot more helpful.

It is so easy to use the website. I picked out colors easily. So far, my kitchen is almost done. Have my appliances, new counter top , sink and faucet and garbage disposal and refrigerator. Paid them off and started on the flooring. Also working on storm door for front door and some plumbing. I love the ability to have same as cash for financing. I always pay off the bill before the 12 months is up. No interest that way.
