I shop Bastrop store regularly as I live in a "fixer upper". I buy and return items regularly. The service on returns has been exceptional. Very understanding store manager and staff.

Beyond satisfied with customer service

I have been very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. People actually answer the phones when you need to call the store. I highly recommend Home Depot for your needs.

You can never find items in this location as it is full of garage in the aisles. Customer service is not even present! You can tell that no one wants to be there. Go somewhere else!

I would like to personally thank Vickie S for her help. She seen I was with my daughter and gave us workshop stuff to do at home. Let us know about the workshops HD holds on weekends. She made us feel very welcomed. We continued to shop and came across Johnsy he helped me with some carpets that I found that wasn’t priced and he fixed it for me and loaded up the carpets for me. He said if I needed anything else to please let him know. You guys have done a superb job today. I really hope that your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. I will be back again thank you guys!!!!

I was at the returns counter, simply asking where a specific item was located. A Hispanic woman who worked there took about 45 seconds to tell me where the item was located and then rudely rolled her eyes at me. I know what she looks like and when she worked. I’ll complain on her every day till she’s fired. She worked at the returns counter on 09/26/22 at approximately 4:15pm.

as Bastrop is a fast-growing town it is about time that Headquarters spent the money on expanding the Bastrop Home depot into a super store. It is very frustrating when there are items that are not stocked and then having to travel the 45 minutes into Austin to purchase them.

I have been looking at appliances for a few weeks Bastrop Home Depot had so many appliances in stock and options… compared to other stores!!

Well organized store. If I can't find what I am looking for, a Home Depot team member is usually available to help.

Employees standing every where watched us load 20/ 4x8 sheets of plywood. Then they had them in the wrong slot so the price we thought were $43.89 were actually $59.89!!!

Everythingwas easy to find

Been stopping by the Bastrop TX Home Depot (store 6575) more often and needing different departments. VERY obvious the employees care about their jobs and are WELL TRAINED in customer service! Consistently going above and beyond for whatever the need is.

Help every time I need it!

Placed a very big order and paid for it. Was told to come back in 3 hours to load my order. Came back and was told it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow OR possibly Monday. Why make me wait 3 hours just to be told another day??? All the materials are in store. I made sure myself. Nobody at this location wants to work. They have rude attitudes and prefer to hide in the conference room on the phone. Manager never shows his face when asked for. Previous manager was great. No problems then. Now its good luck. Do it yourself. Very poor service.

Store was nice and clean. Employees were friendly and helpful. One even remembered me by name.

had an extremely pleasent experience today with this employee. i happen to love this store,not just bc its my local store but these employees for the most part ALL seem interested in truly helping the customer get their needs met. and everyone is always so friendly.

Had everything for the yard

I've been remodeling my home for several years and have gotten to meet employees from most all departments, good experience

We purchase some Prescott Oak flooring, Johnsy was the person that help us purchase all the store had. Johnsy went to get the cart and took it to the cashier for me. Very friendly and I would like to have other people in the store like him.

I was provided with all options to upgrade my home for a healthier environment which I wasn’t aware there was an air purifier you can install for all your rooms! I’m super excited! Best customer service ever!

Although the ten employees of Home Depot that tried to help me were all very professional and very nice, it took 30? 40? or more phone calls to finally get a refund for an appliance purchase made in December.

WILLING to assist find a product. Aware of the customer. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Ready to offer service as you walk into the store, on the aisles, and at checkout. Makes sure you are satisfied with your experience.

Greeted at the door & helped but all the ladies at service desk.

If you want great products with exceptional service risk go to the local Bastrop home depot and up home depot and you will not be dissatisfied
