Order desk/customer service cashier Shonasea the most conscientious employee to deal with yet! She gets my top recommendation!!

Employees at this store are not fully complying with the store policy of wearing face masks that cover both the mouth and nose. Apparently they do not care about the welfare of fellow employees and customers.

After getting her attention...... It was refreshing to see an employee actually put down her phone, and ask if we needed help.

Great store love shopping at the Home Depot for things I need,

Super personable employees and a nice clean store. We were in and out quickly and I was helped immediately.

As I said earlier, I deal with Steve Barrios on anything I want from this store, I don't any difficulty. If he is off, I come again.

In general, I like Home Depot and its products. However, the company has made changes that I very definitely do NOT like and is making me question how much I will continue to shop at Home Depot. I'm talking about self-checkout. Yes, I understand some people find it quick and handy - and given that "big box" stores like Home Depot almost NEVER had enough registers open at any given time, the self-checkouts help one avoid waiting in long checkout lines. On my most recent visit to Home Depot store 357, every single register had been converted to the self-checkout type. Although I had occasionally seen store staff assisting with these on prior visits, this time none were in sight except for one who was already tied up helping a woman with a return item. Until now, the reason I shop at Home Depot as opposed to another similar retailer is because it is more conveniently located to my home. However, if this self-checkout-only trend continues, I will drive a bit further and shop at "that other home improvement store" instead. You know, the one with the blue color scheme.

It was a great experience visiting this store. Although this is not the nearest location to me I was ok with making several visits because of the service that I received. The staff in Millworks are awesome! They are knowledgeable about the products and willing to help. The store environment is great and very clean.

I got excellent customer service from Lauren at the Service Desk. She went above and beyond the call of duty to find an item I wanted.

We needed paint, some generic exterior paint, that was easy but when it came to the deck paint we were lost. William stepped up and guided us to the best products to accomplish the task at hand. Store is clean and well organized and with employees that are helpful

The item I wanted was not available in the store.

I'm a frequent shopper to the airline store only because it is closer to my residents . I usually help myself cause it is that kind of store most of the time but today I got the royal treatment on Corsey blvd. Kristen and Ola helped me greatly with my classroom needs for my school. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable but humorous. In these times , laughter goes a long ways. God bless these two folks. Don't forget to find them if you need extra attention like I did. !!!

The employee named Stephen is horrible when it comes to customer service. He flat out walked away from me and did not help me when I asked for help. However, the employee named Brandon was very nice and helpful. Brandon stopped what he was doing to help me load a table and 10 by 10 canopy in my vehicle. So just know you may or may not get good service depending on who is working.
