I think I have been to Home Depot at least 3 times this week. Each time, I had an associate approach me to ask if I needed help. This is a great location, and my favorite home improvement store!

Tim at our Battleground location in Greensboro went the extra mile to resolve my problem. So much so that I felt obliged to finally get a Home Depot card!

The pleasant lady in the refrigerator section was so helpful to my wife and I with the purchase of a new refrigerator. Will go there for all appliance needs.

Everything I’ve purchased was happy with it I’ve had merchandise for years and they are still in good condition

I don't have any idea what the ceiling fan will be like and it almost doesn't matter! The customer service was so great, I had to make a purchase! Actually, I really did find exactly what I had in mind. I just couldn't believe how helpful employees were when I was looking at ceiling fans! A special thanks to Holly! I've done a lot of research but nothing beats advice and genuine help! She was over and above amazing!

Holly at this store is absolutely amazing at Her knowledge of the store, her personality, and her warmth and compassion, I was looking for a Specific mop and cleaners and she knew the store like the back of her hand! Just wanted to say a big thank you to Holly and I will be returning to that store monthly because of her!

Worst experience ever! They forced my project to be cancelled day of installation. No one noticed or bothered to notify me that my carpet didn’t make it to the store on time. I love the attitude that it’s no problem for the customer to take another day off from work to accommodate HD’s failing.

Very friendly employees. Employees show you where items are located in the store.

Carl is awesome. He helped me very quickly and was very knowledgeable.

My husband and I are redoing out kitchen. We naturally chose Home Depot and initially went to the one on Wendover. The woman there was not very friendly, followed us around and had zero customer service when we finally asked for assistance. We decided not to go with her, but went to HD off Battleground and met with Steven! He was so kind and inquired about the things we wanted and made sure to get us the right price for everything! Our cabinets are going to be delivered 2 months earlier than we thought! Definitely using him from now on for our future home improvements

I found the Glidden paint I needed to do some touchup work at home.

This specialty paint is not easy to find as a lot right now during these unprecedented times. Thanks to an amazing employee-Walter- who kept looking for the 6 cans. He gave true 5 star customer service and found the cans that were hiding up top from us! Patience, Smiles & Professionalism is how I describe him! My Dad was beyond thrilled to finish his project. Thanks!

At a time when quality employees are challenging to find, my last experience at Home Depot was uncommonly great. Cyretha was very engaging and exceptionally nice. Another employee in the paint department (I apologize - I cannot remember the name of the lady that was particularly helpful and patient. You helped me with glue for metal, silicone and flex seal.) THANK YOU, both. It was so refreshing to know good customer service actually still exists. Outstanding job. I was also able to locate an item that I had not been able to find at several other stores. Overall, an unusually good experience.

Found a great selection of plants at a reasonable price.

It is nice to go on line, find an item, ensure inventory and go pick it up at the store. HD Battleground does this and more.

There is a lack of communication between customer service and local store mangers concerning delivery orders. Mangers did not follow through on getting back to me concerning why my delivery order didn’t arrive and didn’t update information for my new delivery date.

Bought this yesterday and it was a dream mowing my yard today. took 1/3rd the time verses my self propelled push mower. Very easy to learn and drive. Excellent clearing of sweetgum balls my yard is filled with. Need to get a bagger next to keep my yard clean.

Although there were many people in the paint department, the employees were patient, efficient, cheerful, and knowledgable! Well done!

The employees at the store went above and beyond to help locate an item that has been discontinued. Highly recommend.

An exceptional shopping experience because of the knowledge and the sales associate.

All week has been a great shopping experience at this location Holly walk me to all the locations of the products I needed.

You’ll be hard pressed to find a hardware store with so many eager to help you, employees. I have had Chris the manager personally load my truck. Holly, everyone knows Holly because she is everywhere all the time!

My experience at home Depot was wonderful very clean. And the employees all greeted me.

Went to this Home Depot and they had IN STOCK everything we needed. Just bought a house and this made our lives so much easier. The sales representative was more than helpful and I will look him up for all my home needs!!!

Chris and Brenton went above and beyond for helping us unload AND load our wood from our van. They were able to get us returned properly when Pro Desk was closed. Big kudos to them and will keep me a Pro Home Depot Customer.
