This particular Home Depot is better than any other we have encountered. Clearly the general manager takes pride in this store and it shows. This location is clean, neat, well organized, products are well stocked, and the associates are both friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire store. The environment is still Covid safe and everything we needed was readily available.

As far as Home Depot locations go, this one is by far the best. As a Contractor and a homeowner, I have been at Home Depot‘s throughout the state, across the country and even in the Caribbean. Darrin the General Manager makes certain he and his entire team of knowledgeable and helpful associates are on the floor and ready to help. Coretta in customer service is the definition of a “customer service professional.” She will be there to greet you at the door, look up and help you find products in the store, and even have an associate waiting for you in the aisle to answer any questions. Truly an amazing location if you are wondering, “how to,” or to find what you want to get in, get out and get back to your project - this is your store!

This Home Depot location has a unique team of friendly associates who take pride in their work and are clearly well-managed. They are quick to greet you, help you find products, get you through check out quickly and even thank you for being a customer. Customer service at its best, as we found in Coretta at customer service!

It was very helpful do you have Managers visible on the floor, especially the general manager.

Sharon is the most pleasant cashier that I have ever had at any Home Depot. Wish you could instill her helpfulness to all of the employees. She is always ready to assist the customer. I needed something to cut twine and she was there with a box cutter. Just an all around good person.

Faye, a veteran and employee at the Bel Air Home Depot was exceptionally gracious in accepting my return of a ‘mistaken purchase’ . Assuring me “We are all human and make mistakes!” refreshing to receive excellent customer service these days!

I had shop around all day for the concrete cleaner, Wet and Forget. I was very happy to find the product at the Bel Air store. What made my joy even better was the pleasant smile and attitude of Faye to get me thru checkout.

Missy went above and beyond to make my check out quick. I was at self check out and she grabbed a box for my flowers. Her and another lady made life easier by wrapping and taping my outdoor rug. I was struggling. They couldn’t have been any nicer. Thank you so much! Love this Home Depot, especially today!

I shop at this Depot, weekly. I made two separate transactions today purchasing a total of 4 items. Cleaning supplies and 2 jugs of kerosene. I was followed out of the store and accused of stealing the kerosene. If one of the six ladies up there were watching they should have watched the whole transaction. This was definitely the worst depot experience I’ve ever had.

We went to get a christmas tree. They certainly have a lot to pick from. They have ones that are fresh cut as well as ones in pots and very large ones and small ones.. They will also wrap your tree and help you with it. It was very busy. I am never keen on the road to get in and out of there, but what can you do? Glad we went.

If you have problems finding something or the store is sold out of what you came for ask for Manager Kevin he was great. He went online to find what we needed and when he realized that it was out online as well he substituted a product. Very appreciated. It’s frustrating to see something on sale and get to the store to find out it’s unavailable.

My husband and I lost our receipt and the customer service department was so helpful and nice! They wouldnt stop until they helped us solve our issue! Leslie and khadhsa! Nicest people!

Kenneth our salesman while looking for a replacement double wall oven was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He was also very friendly, and patient in explaining everything about our appliance purchase. We left the store feeling confident about our purchase and knowledgeable about what to expect regarding delivery and installation. The price point was great and had attractive discounts. Could not have been more pleased with entire experience at our Bel Air Home Depot.

I was hung up on twice trying to call back to tell young man all his hard work paid off..DOME CAP FIT MY NEW EXPENSIVE CLOCK!! Company sent a replacement told me to trash one with stripped dome cap. Glad I brought cap to store. He showed me how to measure size. He even searched for color to match stripped cap over built in clock screw. My daughter wants this clock. THANK YOU HD for assisting in my gorgeous renovation with excellent customer service!!!!!!

The folks that work at the front desk are always so pleasant and helpful!
