I have used this store many times and I have always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. To me, this is what makes me want to come back to a store.

Yesterday, I purchased a smoke detector/CO detector but I didn't realize that it had to be wired in to make it work. As my house was built in 1986, I felt it would be okay to get one not wired to electricity. So my son and I returned it to Home Depot after dropping my car off for work to be completed on it. Then we drove to Home Depot. We found another type that did not need to be wired directly to electricity.the employees were so helpful that we found what we needed for the exchange promptly, The best news is that my son installed it as soon as we got home. Heavenally!

When an employee meets you at the door and offers assistance that lets me know that they care about customer service. I found the items I was looking for and have to give the credit to the employees. Their is definitely a difference in this store versus the competition. Thank you

I found a recent visit to this location very clean in store, employees were very courteous, helpful, and pleasantly friendly. Products are easily located. Employees gave clear directions on where to find what I was looking for. I would highly recommend shopping here. One more thing. I liked being helped by women out on the floor.

Staff is usually spot on and helpful! If they do not have it, I probably do not need it!

It was a great experience! I did not have to search for help, and everyone that helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. I was able to get everything I came for and feel like I got the best selections for me.

Our cashier was so cheerful..In this time when people are so cranky and angry, it was encouraging to be helped by someone who was happy to be there.

Every time I've been in this Homedepot I can't get some one who knows what they are doing to help with what I need. Went in to get something in plumbing and the salesman wasn't any help. He said sorry I don't think we have that. Didnt even look and then he walked out. Had to find what I need myself. Next time I will drive out to 100 Oakes Store.

The store is clean and well stocked. Great customer service.

Cashier would not let me use my military discount. Told me to many criminals were scamming Home Depot with the discount.

The Bellevue store is always neat and clean,They always have what I am looking for. Jennifer the cashier is such a nice person,she is always very friendly,courteous,and knowledgeable. Thank you Jennifer for always taking the time to be nice.

The store personnel is helpful. I have always gotten good advice.

Horrible customer service in the appliance department, totally unprofessional and rude. This is not the first time, I have had terrible service at several different Home Depot locations. I am so done with Home Depot and will never shop at any of there locations, ever again!

These guys are great. Very friendly and deliver great customer service and offer creative solutions when you have a problem.

In the days or poor customer service and little to know product knowledge, this Bellevue Home Depot is a breath of fresh air. They are pretty busy but that is because when someone does help you, they will be helpful. If they like other Home Depots can keep the dogs out of this store, it will be perfect.

This is the best store in home depot's fleet. If you ever need anything that needs special care, go to the pro desk and ask for Trey and/or Kim. You will not regret it.

This location serves the community well. The product selection is pretty good. And the employees usually are very knowledgeable. Please hire some more cashiers and stop relying on the self checkout. I have seen people walk away from their purchase because there's one helper for 4 checkouts. There's always the garden center. :-)
