Before lately every time I went to HD it felt wrong no help on aisles and customer service was poor to say the least but now people are everywhere help falling out the woodwork in and out and ready to go back I love it. Thank you to whom ever made the call to bring back all the employees around the store great job.

I had trouble finding what I needed to repair my kitchen sink. Staff told me exactly what I needed and even told me what I needed to do if I wanted to be proactive and do an over kill to ensure my drainage pipes didn’t leak.

Associate Wesley was both courteous and helpful with registering my military appreciation benefit to my account.

Our shopping experience at the Bellmead location is always positive, the staff are always polite & helpful. I have been going here for years, but it was Jade’s customer service and friendliness that finally prompted me to leave a review. She went above and beyond, and her positive attitude will definitely take her far in life. We were very impressed.

This store gives the best service

When I asked for help, nobody seems to know anything about anything. The cashier was the only one that seems to know what they’re doing.

I bought a refrigerator yesterday and the lady that helped me was Amazing! Her name was Briana, she made a lasting impression, excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Home Depot 6830 to all of my friends and family.

This store is probably one of the cleanest and organized stores I believe we have ever been in. All the Home Depots are great stores and clean, but this store would have to rate a A+. Isles are clean and non-obstructed. Meaning I have never seen any trash in the floors. This was probably our fifth visit to this store since we moved to Hillsboro, Texas.

Once upon a time I went to Bellmead TX home Depot, I tried to self checkout 8 items and then I got stuck because the item was priced differently from the shelve all of a sudden Jamie came to my rescue and she corrected the pricing in a heart beat and left me wondering how can a young happy and friendly worker be so efficient. Thank you home Depot for hiring pips with brains, professional, and friendly employees like Jamie.

Bad customer service and dirty store!

I shopped at Waco's Home Depot and Bellmead's in a matter of two days and received excellent customer service at both! Bellmead was less busy on a Saturday morning than Waco was on a Friday afternoon.

I am very happy with customer service,product layout and pricing. I visit this store very often sometimes 2 to 3 times a week and I have never had a negative experience.

Joe Hadley provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make sure I got the right part for my faucet.

I bought 3 gallons of paint on March 27 to cover a very dark wall on the bedroom the gentleman named cowboy was very knowledgeable about my needs. I will go back and get more paint.

All items I buy are good grade and I like them. I can usually go in and out quickly and am treated with kindness and respect
