Just purchased replacement string trimmer (old gas unit failed last fall) and this Ryobi unit is the product line of choice

I found a chainsaw online at my (Peoria, IL) store listed at $319, there were none in stock at mine but "Nearby" in Bettendorf, IA there were 5. I needed it that day so I drove 70 miles one-way to pick it up only to find the cost for that item there was $369. The only way I would have known that would have been to change the (online) store location in the web browser to match the destination, then looked up the item. There is no indication of any price difference in the nearby store list.

Because this time I went there to do a project and Eddie helped me get absolutely everything I needed for the project. I was making a bunny castle playground. I didn't have any specific dimensions except that my bunny is the length of my arm. (He's massive, a Flemish Giant Rabbit). And from there Eddie measured my arm and he got to work helping me find the right lumber sheets to make my design! He chose the right brackets and screws for attaching everything together. And we even went over how to best have adhesive for the ramp. Still need to do that. Eddie seriously made this project super easy!!! And thank you Mercedes for being a great cashier! Seriously the best shopping trip I've ever had there!

Chris, an associate in building materials was wonderful help in cutting our wood so it would fit in our vehicle

I purchaced several replacement windows for my home and received the best service I have ever received at a home improvement store.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it was delivered within a week! It’s ventless and I must say, so far so good! I’ve washed and dried various loads! I prefer to time dry rather than sensor dry!

Needed a water heater and had exactly what I needed. Employee answered all my questions and made the project easy.

I'm confident I purchased the 1 I want which is important for purchasing high price appliances.

Had great deals on Ridgid power tools.

Tried to have clerk at Bettendorf, Iowa store bring up my Vet's Pref. on her store computer. She said, No, you are not registered. You will have to go on line and redo everything. I said that is totally wrong. Home Depot needs to update their records rel. Me...as VET.

My receipt was found...someone lost it...however i hate to see someone not be able to enter a contest.

I have been buying Ryobi Products from our Home Depot and when I see another Ryobi product that I don't have then I will purchase that one also! Our store's Ryobi expert has saved us a lot of money this past year so we will continue to purchase more of them! Another great product I have purchased are Klein products also at our Home Depot Store!

I purchased a big piece of plexiglass, I asked for help loading it, and they helped!

I have been to this store many times, and the customer service is always friendly and helpful above and beyond what I would expect.

No one could help me find encapsulating paint primer or provide knowledge on covering lead paint. I spoke to 3 different associates so to me they are putting inexperienced individuals in the department as someone surely should have been able to provide advise or suggestions. Then at checkout I had some jerk in a fur hat insinuate I was going to steal my paint because I asked him to pull off extra brushes I decided I didn’t need. I had to inform him I was not finished scanning my items, I simply changed my mind on the brushes. Terrible experience.

Mindy W. and Jayde both went out of their way to help my husband and I. We will continue to go back to this Home Depot. Very friendly staff. Mindy was knowledgeable, helpful and very polite. Jayde was helpful, knowledgeable, and even went out of way to go on her day off of work to Clinton Iowa to pick up our item for us and bring back to Bettendorf location!!!

I don't like that everything is switching to Milwaukee tools. Why is this happening?

All the electric carts were low on charge and not plugged in. One was completly dead and the other two were taken one by an employee and he sat on his phone while he plugged it in and let it charge . the other customer left theirs in parking lot dead and barely got ours back before it quit . Asked to speak to manager waited 5 minutes no manager showed no one ever asked to assist us

Purchased item on new HD credit card. Received $50 bonus discount for opening new CC acct. Had to return item ang HD would NOT allow me to use $50 bonus on new purchase. And cancelled my CC. So I lost my bonus and HD lost my CC account.

I always find what I'm looking for here and get great service

I was looking for gas powered mower. Two friendly employees explained to me in details differences between products and helped me find best choice for my need. They also showed me special discounts that are happening in the store for gas powered mowers and cannot find it online. Such kind behaviours are unique and can be found in home depot, Davenport

I had help from store staff to answer my questions and direct me to where the items needed were located. I was particularly impressed by the gentleman at check-out, Bill, who was super friendly!

Either Train Doug on how to be a cashier and a leader, or let him go . He's not helping your store and not being an asset to anyone. He comes to work wanting to wonder the store, advoiding customers and not even calling for help when the cashiers need it . He doesn't have decisive decision making skills. This is from my observation while in the Bettendorf store.
