There is way too much noise pollution in this store. There is constant loud beeping from forklifts. I can't stand being in this store for more than a couple minutes. It drives me crazy.

Super friendly staff, helpful, plenty of people in the store when you need to find help, go the extra mile at the checkout when you have a large purchase.

We had the best customer service today while buying new appliances. We bought a stove, microwave and fridge today and the whole process went above and beyond expectations. The lady Adrienne helped us through the process today, she answered all our questions, explained everything and made it simple to understand, she was polite the whole time and had the best customer service. She explained all the coupons and discounts and went above and beyond by giving me a paper coupon for 25$ or 100$ off after I mentioned I was gonna go home and order a Milwaukee M18 hammer drill and impact wrench combo off the Home Depot website using our new Home Depot credit card that she helped set up for us. So there goes another 25$ savings with that coupon! Thanks for the service!!

GREAT STORE!! Always neat and clean. Nearly 95% of employees know where things are, it is a large store but easy to find the things you need when all employees know where the location and isle is. Definitely recommend this store if you want to be in and out, especially over blaine Menards. Employees there just don't seem to know where things are and I spend 2x as much time there for same items.

Don't buy the turf sod. It's dead and they know it. But, there are not plans to remove it.

Ugly experience buying an over the stove microwave. First choice - the stores descriptive tag indicates available in white. NOT true. Second choice - Deceptive pricing that required we pay a $59.00 delivery fee (20% plus of the microwaves cost) when we would be happy to pick it up at the store. Pick up at the store is not an option because they wish to steal our money.

We did not find the product easily! Took around an hour. We were not able to get proper assistance finding the product. The store was not clean! Everything piled in front of the shelves that we were trying to get the product from. We had to move things to get at it. The associates were friendly but not helpful. The associate “unloaded” a truck while we were waiting for him to find our product. Unaware that he was doing so because he told us that he was looking for the product. We waited 30 min. for him. He should have found someone in charge to help us. The assistant supervisor was not understanding our problem and lied to our face at least three times. We will never go back!

Clean and well run. Employees are friendly and help you find what you need , take the extra step when you're in a hurry.

All of the employees were very friendly, including Sarah in the paint area and Ahmed checking out.

The store is clean, the cashiers are super friendly and the pro desk peopke a very knowledgeable. Customer service folks are very helpful as well. The only thing I can say bad is that I wish there was more milwaulkee tools, such as the pack out products, and the m18 (tool only) tool options.

Of all the Home Depots, this one is definitely my favorite. The store is clean, orderly and the employees are very helpful and friendly.

One employee who I asked to help did, but when I asked a question he became irritated with me, then started to argue about what I had brought up. The employee was a mid 20’s male who seemed to take exception to being questioned.

I shop here often. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only bad experience I've ever had in nearly 20 years involved a sub-contractor and I've already commented on that fiasco.

Everyone from the moment we entered the store seemed very friendly! Especially the girl that helped us with our paint purchase. Her name is Kianna. (sp?) We aren't sure of her last name. But she was so warm, friendly and helpful! The check out woman was also friendly and her name was Marla. Way to go! Makes us want to come back again. Customer service is really the key to the success of any business.

Outdoor employee/cashier Bijan was very helpful in showing me wear I could find two gardening products. He was professional and courteous. Well done!

I moved about a year ago and this Home Depot is closer to my home. I have received great customer service every time I go into the store. The staff are willing to help with finding items and assisting with loading a cart or car with my purchases.

Incredibly poor customer service from such a reputable company.

The store is clean and most employee's are helpful. However, they need to do some hiring. There are not many employee's on the floor for help and you will need to walk to the customer service area and they will call someone for you.

I like shopping at this Home Depot store. They had what I needed and the sales people were friendly and helpful.
