Every time I'm at the Blairsville Home Depot, the employees exceed my expectations.

Home depot has it all for everything I need . And if I had the 5000 shopping I could build my big workshop behind my house .

I called a local hardware store. It took 15 min on a call with 3 people to find out they had only one of the products i needed. Then, i called home depot and in literally less than 1 minute the AI phone assistant asked about the product I needed. Upon my response AI found the product and texted me a link with the product and all related products, the isle and the bin where i could find it and the quantity available. Even better, it was half the price of my local hardware store.

Even when I don’t purchase anything (rare). I enjoy seeing the tool and other displayed for sale items.

I recently had to return 2 special order items. It was my error so I wasn't going to fuss about the 20% restocking fee.( I should have measured better!). Vickie and Tami were both very professional and very courteous the entire process- which was not a typical return. I appreciate them so much in making what could have been a nightmare of a return into a quick and trouble-free one. Thanks ladies!!

I am from Florida and usually when I walk into the lumber yard of the Home Depot there is no one to found. When I walked into the Blairsville Home Depot I was greeted by Dalton and he helped me from beginning to end of my large order. From cutting plywood I needed to getting a new bundle of 4X4x8 to loading blocks. Then after checkout there was actually an attendant waiting to help me load everything. I will definitely go back to this Home Depot and recomend it to all my friends and family.

I was looking for something I needed for a project but had no idea what I wanted. Abbie asked if I needed help, I said “I am not sure what I am looking for”. So she said “Well tell me what you are trying to do”. That is all it took, I told her what I was trying to do and a picture, then off we went! She had great suggestions and I left the store with everything I needed.

Melinda and Robin are excellent stewards for Home Depot!!

This location has, by far, the electrical department of any Home Depot I’ve been in. And if You need help, just ask for Justin? A licensed, Master, Electrician, who can tell what you need , and where to find it in the store. And not just electrical.

Employees are always there to assist.

Only thing I don't like they don't keep enough stoves,dishwasher,refrigerators in stock.

Home Depot has stood behind their products and if I have to return something, it has been hassle free. They also have a friendly helpful staff.

Ronnie at Pro Services definitely needs some work on customer satisfaction- I spend a lot of money and some of the sales associates offer me a discount at checkout because I bring so much work in. Today Ronnie at pro services told me he would not ever be offering me a discount- it is our money that boost his sales to give him a good rapport with corporate. If he cannot offer even $50 off a large order For customer satisfaction then he should not be handling contractor accounts.

Zoey in customer service went out of her way to help us get a replacement for a damaged product we purchased from another Home Depot! She is awesome!

Mark iin appliances went above and beyond to help me make the right decission on the appliances I purchased! All the staff members were professional helpful snd friendly It is always easy to find a staff member in every department to help when I need one. Always a pleasure shopping at homedepot in Blairsville Ga! Wish we had a homedepot in Murphy NC even though its worth the extra trip to shop at this store! Thank you for great service!

This store is great, Clean, Has 95 % of items I need in stock. Friendly & helpful service desk.

The service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced at an HD… had to search for assistance and even when I found people they would not help to look for products. Shameful, this place also needs new management. The assistant store mgr is so rude and very condescending.

For the last 3 years after moving close to this location and improving the home we purchased, we have witnessed a well organized store and well trained employees that are always friendly and helpful.

Purchased a fridge from here and they said that they would deliver it to my home. After waiting for it and watching delivery updates the delivery was finally placed as undeliverable. Tried to call and got hung up on multiple time. Finally got people on the phone and no one knew why it was not delivered. The manager at the store could not provide any help and the delivery specialist never answered her phone the message we left her.

The sales staff at the Blairsville Home Depot are extremely helpful and professonal. Two people I would like to thank for their help today is Justin and Dee. Both were very great!

If you want something done right... DON'T go to the Blairsville store.... GO TO Blue Ridge Store.... Blairsville Store #1750 is awful!!!! They lie!!! They don't do anything!!! Hannah is awful they blame the customer!!!!!! Blue Ridge is great, go see them for all your Millworks needs!

Stood in front of the desk for several minutes while the sole employee chatted with another employee and completely ignored me. Finally another person showed up and sorta helped me. Completely disinterested in helping me

As a contractor in our county, I am consistantly purchasing different product over and over. I have come to admire the Pro Desk here in Blairsville, because they are always interested in what we are doing. They keep us informed about local sales and items that we might be interested in. They do not mind to price out any size list that we hand them and usually have it sitting in my inbox and actually in my hand before I leave the store. Overall great professionals and a smiling faces at the ProDesk, #1750, Blairsville, Ga.

I'm so thankful we have this homedepot since there are many helpful and kind helpers! I will definitely be back
