Matt is an absolute star. Despite how busy the store was, he was kind, attentive and found a way to resolve my issue. Susan, although brand new, was equally warm and realized quickly that a more seasoned employee was needed. I'm so grateful to them both!

I like the fact you can aways find an employee to help you find an item. Most times they also can answer my questions after they find the item. Store is clean and comfortable temperature

The home Depot no longer allows me to submit my rebate for in store purchase online, they now require a long process requiring me to print a form and mail it in making it very tedious and like ng to be able to submit my rebate, they used to allow it to be online , so it is intentional to discourage rebate submission.

I was returning garden edging & did not have the receipt although I did have my bank debit card transaction. Customer Service reprimanded me & treated me like a criminal. She was training another employee who now May view this as an HD standard.

After being direct to the correct area that I needed, I had a great interaction with Ray. He was extremely helpful and personable. I don't live close to this location but would honestly stop there again if I was near just because of Ray!

I frequent this location quite often, as it's very close to home. The store is spacious yet small enough to walk through quickly. I appreciate that staff aren't asking you all the time if you need help, as I kind of dislike that at stores, however there are always plenty of staff nearby and every time I ask for help they are ALWAYS very knowledgeable and direct me quickly to where I need to go.

Ray and Kathy are the best if you need help with blinds or flooring

In lumber area, looking for a 36 in. piece of wood to repair a step, Jared helped me find what I needed AND cut it to size. SUPER SERVICE there in lumber. Thank you!

Go here if you want some stranger to judge and make assumptions about you because of what you're purchasing. Buying spray paint dude had to make sure we didn't steal anything even though he hovered over us the entire self check out process. How you gonna treat us like we're in the wrong when you didn't even check our ID'S like you're supposed to do. This has happened at 2 different locations. It's starting to look like they train people to make assumptions about the customers looks and purchases. That's a real good policy.

Ray was very helpful regarding cutting and preparing blinds for our home. He gave some advice about installation, too.

I was told that I needed to pay for a roll of artificial turf before it was cut. I thought this was strange since I had purchased the exact same amount from the exact same store less than a year ago and this was not the case. The employee (Rob) was extremely rude and looked annoyed to have to help me. He was making comments like "this stuff is pretty expensive" and "your not going to leave it here and come back and get it in two weeks, right?". I didn't really like his tone or comments, so I said "That's ok man, don't worry about it. I don't need it". He then proceeded to follow me to the exit as I was leaving telling me that the reason I needed to pay for it before it was cut was because he had to do inventory later (what?) I told him that I didn't appreciate the fact that he thought I wasn't going to pay for it after it was cut. He then told me in a condescending tone he didn't think I was going to pay for it. That's when I went full Karen and asked for the manager. Rob insulted me again in front of the manager before being told to walk away. I'm a super chill dude and this guy was an unprofessional jerk for no reason. I'm assuming it is because I look younger than my age and was wearing shabby clothes (you know... because I was doing yard work all day). Despite all the other employees being awesome and friendly, I will never EVER shop at home depot again.
