Super Friendly, well kept hardware store - I can usually find a person who really knows what they are talking about in their section as well. Products are good quality for the price, so hats off to the merchandisers who do the research that can take hours of time if you try to buy online...

If you have a plumbing problem and don't know what to do Gene in the plumbing department can get you threw it. In Disablied and can afford a repairman. Gene has gotten me through 3 major crisis. Replacing pipes to installing shut off values. Thank you Gene for being so good at your job.

Great experience throughout the whole store. Great help no matter which department we have shopped in.

Location is good for me. At least one person in each area can answer questions. Got a lot of stuff .

The employees at the Bonney Lake Home Depot are always knowledgeable and helpful. If one employee is not sure, they actually take the time to find another associate who does know about product or service. We have been shopping at this particular store for man years and are rarely disappointed. Over the years, most employees we come in contact with are cheerful and have a positive and helpful attitude. Go out of their way to assist and make sure you have what you need. The store is always organized and for the most part, clearly marked prices on all products. We always bring our dog "Wiki" into the store and everyone is usually very kind and thoughtful of her on the floor. Thank you! all the excellent employees who go the extra mile for customer service.

I went to return a door handle that I just purchased about three days ago. I did not have the receipt because I had just moved over the weekend and misplaced it. I politely asked if they could make an exception and do a cash return for $30 since I’m not a home owner and rarely shop at the store. I told her I know they can make exceptions for such a small amount and she said “yes we can but we are not going to make an exception for you”. She mean mugged me through my entire transaction and gave me store credit. I told her I’m a single mom and just moved and really need the $30 for gas. She just stared at me. Then I told her I will be contacting the store manager and she said “go for it”. I’m disgusted with the customer service at this store and especially the MANAGEMENT!

Great job homedepot and keep it that way

Went here recently for a new washer/dryer set. Was so impressed with Paul in Appliances. He has a good knowledge of his product and puts the customer first. I knew what I wanted, he was quick, saved me some money, and explained the new equipment function to me. He told me what to expect for delivery and install. The whole experience was really great!

Dave, Andrew, and Phil in Tool Rentals went above and beyond to help me. The tool I wanted to rent was to cut glass for a bathroom project. Unfortunately, someone already rented it so they took down a big saw and cut the pieces for me. This was outstanding customer service and not in their job title but they wanted to make sure my project was done correctly. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding customer service. Not only was this situation wonderful, every person in there was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The Bonney Lake store employees are very helpful. Always asking if I need assistance.

The store is always tidy and clean. All associates are friendly and helpful. If you need assistance you can easily find someone to direct you to the correct department or another associate who works in that department to get what you need. I only gave it four stars because sometimes the customer service help desk feels like they are not trained fully in returns. We had issues getting pallets of patio pavers picked up and returned from our home. It took a month of multiple phone calls between online and our local Bonney Lake Home Depot to get the issue resolved.

Over all the store is pretty good on stuff they have and the employee very helpful, there always seem to be one or two that don't smile much, but that okay. Some people don't. But still seem to be helpful anyway when you need them. I as myself tried to put a smile on the employee, that helping me. I have a good relationship with home depot in Bonney Lake, since I have done remodel my bathroom, floor whole nine yard, build over 2000.00 shed, and metal as well, 40 ft. porch, kitchen floor, title in kitchen and bathroom, paint, etc. and chain link fence, most all of it at Home Depot. and much more since you guy open up, I watch Home Depot get build and been shopping there ever since. Thank for your service.

Enjoy this store — it is close to home and employees are generally friendly and knowledgeable. I visit often and almost always find what I need.

I Love this store, have most everything I'm looking for and more....customer services is great, helpful, not pushy, and if I need help they listen and then direct me in the right direction or give me helpful hints and/or suggestions on how to complete my silly project ideas the right way...

Best shopping experience in the US to date... All the staff are knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I often take my dog when I visit and she has just as good a time at the store as I do.

We just bought our refrigerator there, and Paul Walker was our salesperson. If you ever need appliances, ask for him. He is very knowledgeable and nice.

We had a great experience buying our washer and dryer from Home Depot in Bonney Lake. The sales associates were very friendly, well educated on the product and made our buying experience pleasurable. We will definitely be going back!

Appliance department was very helpful and nice. I had the pleasure of having Paul Walker as my appliance represenitive and was very I formative on all products.

The store employees are friendly and helpful. I was able to have some MDF board cut to my dimensions so that I could finish my closet project - very helpful!
