I just had the best retail experience that i have had in years from the Bothell Hope Depot and I was assisted by Fakima. The only company that I have ever seen render that type of experience, in service, is Nordstrom. So for a hardware store to reach that high bar it is incredible. She was mindful, polite, smiled, very professional and went out of her way to assist. I will drive further now for the better experience. P.S. You don't get "service" with “on-line” alternatives and so every retailer should be aware that when an employee representing them makes "the difference" in your customers purchase experience it will help keep customers offline and in store! I was at Home Depot in Bothell WA earlier and depleted accessible stock so when I checked out I asked the associate named Christopher at the contractors desk to have a material handler drop another pallet of sand / topping mix so I make a return visit for another load. I got back about 30 minutes later and my request had been filled! I was loaded for a 2nd time and on my way. Had the job stocked in less than 2 hours and got to enjoy the rest of my Sunday. Thank you Christopher!

Store is clean and employees are very helpful. This location is well above average compared to other locations in the area.

I inadvertently left a metal lamp base after purchasing a replacement socket. I went back the next day and was told it had been turned into Lost & Found, but it was not there or in Receiving. The salesperson said people leave things all the time so they just trash them except for items like keys or wallets. I said I was very disappointed, and he said, “then you shouldn’t have left it” as if I had done so on purpose. So rude. You’d think they could keep forgotten items through the next business day at a minimum.

The cashier (Sydne) in customer service was rude and extremely unprofessional.

I have spent over 20K at Home Depot with my contractor brothers company on just my three houses. I have worked with a Michelle in the PRO DEPT that spent countless hours on the phone with manufactures when my fence order went sideways. She would call me up on her progress and let me know when the products were in. She came back from a life threatening illness and went back to the grind without whinning. She deserves a pat on the back . I have used her and other people in her PRO DEPT but she is the best I highly recommend HOME DEPT for their good employees and good pricing.

Friendly employees, and they are willing to take your money. I purchased a riding mower and the delivery date was scheduled on my receipt for today. I took the day off work. It hasn’t been delivered and I call. They tell me delivery is scheduled for June 4. That’s another 9 days from now and I already have waited 10 days from when I purchased it.if I could give zero stars I would have.

We found someone to help us right away. Richard (young gentleman) was incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and patient while taking us to the different departments to make sure our project had everything we needed. He's a great example of what customer service should be with all employees and should be recognized for it.

We had a great experience in purchasing our appliances - very happy. We were especially pleased with Patrick in appliances - he was very professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help us make the best decision for our limited space.

Wanted to share a terrible experience I had this morning with you. I have purchased stones and others items that do not have a UPC on them multiple times – from the garden section, self-checkout, and regular checkout. Every checker knew exactly how to figure out what the price should be for each item. But not today when I went to return some extra materials. “Synde” rudely said to me “Give me the SKUs.” As if I all of a sudden would need to run to the garden section and get it for her. Why couldn’t she figure out what everyone else could? In addition, the info she wanted was clearly stated on the receipt. She had everything she needed. But she didn’t even want to look at it. I guess thinking that she didn’t want to go through each item to figure the right one – but I already did the work for her. Before I came in, I marked little arrows on the receipt so the checker would know exactly which items I was returning. She was completely rude. 1) Wanted me to get the SKU from the garden section 2) Failed to identify the materials for herself, and 3) Failed to review the receipt which contained the exact and specific information she needed

The store employees (actual worker bees) were wonderful and tried very hard. The management was rude, insulting to Asian American staff members. They management staff had no identifying name tags, aprons or clothing on, when asked who they worked for, the head manager woman, simply said no. We were not thanked or helped in any way by the management staff. But the worse part was to watch this women actually "Chew out" an employee in front of me and then chastise me in front of that employee, because she did not like me being in my own vehicle. I do not shop and spend money at places where I and the nice, helpful, employee are embarrassed and humiliated.

I received outstanding service from Ade in the Electrical Department. Not only was he super knowledgable, but he went out of his way to understand my problem. I left the store not only with the products I needed to get my project done but also feeling empowered that I can indeed accomplish my objective. So excited ... Ade at Bothell Home Depot really came through for me! Thank you, Ade!!

I called ahead and drive up from Tacoma to pick up needed in stock items, not available at any other stores. Homedepot Associate Fatima made my day by efficiently and effectively getting my items off the racking system and ensuring everything I needed was received!!! Would make the trip again anytime!

Was looking for Snow and Ice melt on day to of the recent Snow event, was very pleasantly surprised they had what I needed. Every one was helpful and friendly.

I find the Bothell staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and willing to help in any way possible to make my shopping experience the best it can be. The store always looks neat and clean.I found the products in stock and purchased the amount I was looking for. I was in and out in no time at all.

I went into the store completely blind as my hot water heater went out the night before. Bill in plumbing was VERY patient in assisting me with all my questions and showing me exactly what I needed. He also explained the differences between the different types of hot water haters available. He also provided a great tip for when we are done changing out our water heater to call PUD to have them come out and check for any gas leaks, a free service they provide. We would've never thought to do that. He put us at ease as well as the checkout team who were able to answer additional questions for us. Overall, Excellent Customer Service!

The associate who helped us. He works in the appliance section and he made all the difference. He was kind, thoughtful, and fast. We didn’t get his name, but thank you! We purchased a new LG washer and dryer for our new house, which will be delivered and installed the day we move in. Could not be happier!

While the purchase of a new microwave was effortless and the salesperson knowledgable and friendly the installers were not proficient and botched the simple install of a microwave. From measuring incorrectly and resulting in additional holes in a cabinet to insisting I need to remove backsplash tiles to allow room for the unit (which I did) only to find it was unnecessary and now need to replace. I would not recommend appliances installed by HD.

Had a terrible experience when I decided to use Home Depot for my Hardwood flooring project. There is no coordination between their measure deportment and store. They cannot use the hardwood from their own store and website due to the product not being available in their contractors system, what a shame. They kept bouncing me from Customer Service to Contractor services to Manager. Absolute waste of time and money.

I stopped into my local Home Depot to pickup an internet purchase and was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of all of the staff I interacted with during my visit. 4 out of 4 staff members were extremely helpful and curious. I'll be back!

Salesperson was extremely rude didn't show any interest in helping us and gave off some outwit expression. If this one employee represents how every worker else acts I would definitely not recommend shopping in this specific Home Depot.
