They have the best people in flooring. If you need help with flooring, Moubarak and Mark (MOD) are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

Derek in Lumber was extremely helpful. Great customer assistance.

There is usually a lady in a wheel chair greeting everyone at the entrance, and everyone seems very helpful and friendly when assistance is needed.

Great store for getting answers to home maintanence problems. Was helped by Makayla, Plumbing Supervisor as she assisted me in finding the corrrect items. Also, referred me to other departments by having other Home Depot representatives take me to the products I needed. Highly recommend you ask for Makayla when you are in the Home Depot Bowie store....

Just want to say thank you to all of the services that I have received from the store attendee's, paint department, tools section, pluming area, storage section, it was very nice to be able to find a person and they give you the help you needed within the store in these pandemic times. Thank you again to all of the folks at The Home Depot Store because I am helping my sister at her home and without you all the jobs I had to do around her home would not have been possible because of your store Thank You Once Again!!!! My Bowie Home Depot is My “ Go To Choice” for Both Home and Hardware Needs! I typically find what I need at fair and reasonable prices. The Staff has also been pleasant to answer any and all questions and assistance is freely offered.

I like the products you sell and most of the time the people there are helpful. I would recommend that management convey to employees the importance of customer focus.

This is a large Home Depot Store and has items that some of the smaller stores do not carry.

The Employees at this location are exceptional!! They are not only knowledgeable, but courteous and efficient. There is a closer Home Depot to my home, but this is my GO-TO location. This store does it the right way!!

Store had some of what I needed. Needed some plywood cut in half but after waiting over 30 minutes, I called the customer service desk and was told they couldn’t find anyone that could operate the saw and was told to come back tomorrow. Not good Customer Service

The Bowie Home Depot provided me an excellent shopping experience. The employees were very helpful assisting me find my items, pulling things off the shelves and helping to load them in my car. From the time I walked in the store to the time I checked out. I give special thanks to Rick and Shawn. The store is very clean and organized and I feel it observed all the Covid-19 requirements. I felt very safe shopping the entire time I was there.

I have been waiting for two weeks going into the third to get the items delivered and twice got damaged, the first time, they delivered it damaged, and the second time they never deliver the items in the provided time and cancel the shipment by the shipper, and I have to cancel the first shipment and pay for the second shipment, and now they mentioned its damaged and I need to re-order for the third time,... where can I get help, this is not acceptable

The store staff are very helpful. In particular I recently purchased some bulky items and the staff, without my requesting help, loaded up my car. Wish I could have their help once I got my purchases home, but oh will.

Like the store am disappointed that they do not have veterans parking or honor being a veteran all the time.

In this store the service is great the employees are always willing to help and some even give some recommendations about products.

All associates are patient and helpful. Did not take long to get help and they were able to answer all my questions. Store is always clean and I can find whatever I am looking for.

Don't expect the website to match what is actually available in the store. Don't ever try to buy propane there. Don't ever expect good customer service.

Everyone is helpful, the clerks don't stand around and talk, they assist the customers. The clerks at the customer service desk and return desk are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

The Plumming Department People were more than Amazing - BOTH times I had to come into the store!!

Brionna is my favorite Home Depot employee by far. She has a great personality and is truly a fine example of what team-members look like.
