Store nice and clean when I walk in. The customer services from walk in and walk out was great! Will, was great with assisting me in the store and helping cut wood. Will for sure be back. Thanks Home Depot.

If you have lumber cut to a specific size check it before you leave the store. More than once the measurements were wrong when we got it home.

I can always find someone Who knows what they are doing to assist me when I go in to the store. The employees are always friendly and ready to help.

The store staff is always friendly and helpful, but Home Depot Corporate clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. I bought a barn door "slab" for a remodel project and it was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! First off, it was not a "door slab"... It is a parts kit that you must assemble yourself. The kit comes with $50 worth of knotty pine tongue and groove planks, and some screws. You might think that since they are charging you more than FIVE TIMES the cost of materials, then maybe it is "ready to assemble"...NOPE!!! It was not sanded smooth (there were saw marks on the two flat edges where they had ripped them to size). The pieces were not even cut accurately. The top and bottom rails were 1/4 in too long, the planks varied in length by up to 3/8 of an inch, and the angled cut on the "Z" brace was off by 3 degrees (resulting in a big quarter inch gap). And lastly, the "pre-drilled" screw holes were not even in a straight line. So basically I paid an extra couple hundred dollars extra for $50 of materials, and the privilege of building a door.

A great place to shop. Much better than others in area selling same stuff.

The store was clean and organized. Every associate we saw was friendly and asked if we needed anything. Applicance department very helpful.

This is one of four HD's I shop at and by far my favorite. The willingness of employees to help is never a problem at any of their stores but I prefer this store personally even though it is the farthest from my home. I usually hold my non critical purchases until I am in the Bowling Green area (frequently) and I usually find everything I am shopping for, never having a problem getting assistance or a little help if needed. The store is clean, the employees knowledgeable, available and they always seem to have a positive attitude.

Colt in the paint section is the most knowledgeable about the products I needed for a project. He was very attentive and offered suggestions. The entire paint team did a great job! I love using their order ahead service also. The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient! I’d highly recommend this store!!

Would like to see this store expanded. I have been to other stores close by and they are larger and can house many different items. One example would be the Hendersonville Tennessee location.

This is a very nice place to shop . They have what you need in stock 99.99% of the time and the only time they do not is if it is not a store item . The people do ask if you need help or are doing still good . This is a place that is like shopping with friends not employs . The manager is even helpful and kind . I see this as a place not only to shop but also get information about your project . Thanks for being a place that care if you are happy . Thanks

Employees are extremely friendly and try to help you. My only problem is to many self check outs and only one self check out on non contractors end of store.

We really love home depot. It has a tremendous selection of great products. We do a lot of home and yard projects on our own and fine Home Depot always has what we are looking for. Doing a bathroom right now and a kitchen project in the near future. Love th he manager and all the other employees.
