Bought new mini ceiling bathroom fan, "SOCKET FAN". At check out was told OK to return if it just would not fit in my bath.

Aisles are often blocked and you can't get access to items. Plants in garden areas left in sun without being watered which are wilted and dying..very wasteful.

Terrible customer service. No one knows what's going on in garden department.

I needed a new range urgently. I phoned the Bradenton store and spoke with David in kitchen design He was so kind and knowledgeable and got me a great deal on a slide in electric range with fast delivery . Thanks David

David was an excellent employee and friendly. He was efficient and very knowledgeable.

I needed help to find an item in the store and the consumer service was amazing and my casher was Anne a very nice and helpful person.

Not enough employees in the appliance portion of the store and I bought a new dishwasher and had to pay for a plug and a kit to install. Unbelievable. Also the charges to install and remove the old dishwasher was $169 and to remove was another 50 or $60. For the price that you pay for these appliances,Installation delivery and removal should be free. The consumer is stuck with all these extra costs. Absolutely ridiculous

Ask for Kandi she's very knowledgeable and more than willing to help

Had some trouble figuring out where to mount the battery. Instructions pic wasn't helpful. I looked at some customers online videos for help. The electric start is fantastic. The item is running like a champ.

Willie helped me find the stain I needed for my dock. He color-matched the stain perfectly.

The store has just about everything you may need. Store is well laid out, easy to find what you are looking for. Helpful employees.

I had ordered several high impact windows in what I thought to be too fast a decision.I wanted more time to think about it. But when I contacted the salesman who took my order he said he could not cancel it for me. He gave me his supervisors number but no one answered it and we found out later that was not the right guy. But Sandy fixed it all. She's amazing!

Sandra, Kris and Amanda at the service desk along with Pam and Arron at the pro desk go above and beyond satisfy my needs as a business owner shopping at the Home Depot. There customer service and product knowledge makes my job so much easier. My favorite store to shop at in the district by far. I would also like to give thanks to Jim in plumbing and Bill in electrical. These associates go above and beyond for each customer and it much appreciated.

The employees here are so helpful and friendly. I found everything I needed quickly and was back at the job.

Not all of your employees are shining stars like Charlene. She and one checkout clerk were outstanding also a very knowledgeable employee in plumbing. Sorry I did get names for the two men.

Great location with helpful staff

We bought a water heater and was immediately met at check out by Cynthis. She walked us through the entire process of using credit receipts we had for the purchase. She arranged help to put it in our vehicle. She was wonderful.

Last month I bought a hand trolly with pickup. It went without much effort. I had to change the store on the order, it was in South Bradenton verses the store on Cortez Rd. That too was handled with out hesitation. Thank you.

This has been my go-to store for 14 plus years. The employees in each department are professional polite and knowledgeable but customer service is where you shine as the young ladies and customer service go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy

I needed a out 6 item and sparkle eyes Kandi found everything for me. I'm a pro customer and deserve that behaviur .

I have had projects -outdoor carpet layed-they were excellent choosing a sub-contractor to lay the carpet. I purchased an microwave that I needed to return and the customer service were great in my return. I got a great kitchen sink at a fair price.

I visited the store and found it to be frustrating. Parking lot has carts everywhere, nothing is organized, isles are blocked, lots of staff but nobody speaks to you, needs new store management and much much better structural support from corporate. Multi billion dollar company with so much potential and it is turning into a Sams warehouse, shot everywhere.

Kimberly made our check out experience GREAT! As we moved around the store everyone was very helpful on directing us to the correct isle.

The young men currently working at the paint department as simply the best. So friendly, so helpful, they know their products and exactly where they are and their recommendations are always spot on. I used to avoid this department until these newer employees started, that combined with the wonderful success of Behr products makes it my go to place for paint and supplies (although the supplies prices are a little high, at least the products are good quality) This is not the place to buy a "throw away" brush though. When you go to buy a gallon of paint and the staff make your day better for seeing them, and the paint is perfect, what more could you ask for.

This store is clean and great customer service. Easy to find help when needed and friendly associates. Almost always have what I need.
