We bought 5 bags of soil because their sign says 5 for 10$ when the cashier rang the bags we paid 21$ and some change. We were told they are not on sale and that they need to remove the sign. That was very misleading and lazy for the employee not to remove the sign if the deal was already over. The staff were not very friendly and not informative.

My husband had me buy him a Dewalt impact drill that was on sale and he is EXTREMELY satisfied! ☺️ The employees were extremely nice and helped me right away. Store was also very clean.

Curtisha yelled at me over the phone when I told her I pay over the phone everyday and she told me “well I ain’t doing it” I drove to the store to pay for materials for my guys and she got confrontational with me in front of multiple employees and customers. I just asked for the managers contact info and I left after paying for my materials. The store was a complete mess and customers were piling up at all registers and no one to check them out.

I bought a washer and dryer from Marion a couple of months ago and he was very knowledgeable and patient and was great to work with. I went back to him yesterday and purchased a dishwasher and he was great again and very helpful!

I bought the item last week and I am completely satisfied. All the employees I dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly.

The Home Depot in Brandon is our favorite place to shop for All our home improment needs!!!Great service, knowledgeable staff and Everyone there is so friendly and ready to assist their customers!!!

When restocking hardware aisle with several employees, at least recognize that you might be in the way of customers and ask if you can help them reach something that you’re blocking. Absolutely disrespectful to just ignore your customers.

I bought a riding lawn more and the attendant was very helpful with information and assistance

I just purchased a Ridgid belt sander with a lifetime warranty. What more could a person ask for! I visited another toll store due to its near proximity, but they did not carry belt sanders. I will not be visiting that store again. Thanks to Home Depot, I can visit their stores, knowing with confidence they will have what I need!

On march 26, 2024 I visited the Brandon Home Depot I was looking for Florida tile for my bathroom. A young man in the department was very friendly and helped me get what I needed. And his assistant cut the tile for me, and then he got me the glue that I needed to put the flooring down When I went to the checkout counter, the clerk was very friendly When I got outside, a young man asked me if he could help get it in the car I need help and I found out I had the store manager helping me His name was Darrell Jordan, and he was very friendly and very helpful. He thanked me for shopping at Home Depot.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Even when Mom was not sure of the exact name of the product she needed, after her description of it, the HD employee took her straight to what she was looking for. Makes for nice shopping experience when they know what you need but we don’t know what it’s called … lol.

I needed helped with matching paint color to with a previous color that I did not know the name of. The customer service, Jenn, was very helpful and match the color perfectly.

The staff I encountered were very polite and approached me to assist with my needs.

I’ve been shopping at this store since if first opened. The first few years it was well staffed with knowledgeable personnel. But now the store is terribly understaffed and in departments like plumbing and electrical and even the garden section, they’re virtually no one working in these departments that know anything about what they’re selling. When you go to this store, you better know what you want, why you want it, and where it is. On several occasions, I have helped people who were in the plumbing section trying to figure out what they needed to fix a problem. If it weren’t so close to my house, I wouldn’t shop at this store. But luckily, I never need to ask any one for advice.

They have what we need. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we should probably be realistic and say 5 stars isn't achievable.

I visited this store multiple times recently while I was landscaping my home and they always had everything I needed and are so friendly! My cashier Ms. Oletha was so kind! Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Please train employees better on what good customer service is. Employee help was scarce and most of the ones there did not appear willing to help or happy to be working there.

Your internal wi-fi signal or just the ability to log into the Home Depot app inside the store is nearly non-existent. Using the app to find products to buy or use the military appreciation discount is hindered by a weak signal. Maybe you could boost the internal signal that is dedicated to customers and employee usage and still maintain cybersecurity.

My mom and I ordered flooring today and Elizabeth was so helpful and so engaging and so funny. We would’ve gotten the flooring either way but she made it a fun process.

People at this store don’t care bought two tool box’s recived one driver left to go back to get it never called back or answer his phone store manager didn’t call back got a refund for the box I didn’t get but sill paid shipping on both only Manager that care an help me was Walter very nice on sat morning got my refund to day
