Bought my first washer and dryer over the weekend. Mike went above and beyond in answering my questions and explaining the delivery process. Would recommend visiting this location and working with Mike.

The Brentwood Store is well located to serve many customers. Most of the time it is well stocked. Their associates are friendly, knowledgeable and never too busy to stop and help find a needed item (or two). Their suggestions often are work savers as well as more efficient for your budget. Lots of pluses at this store!

The employees are always so friendly and the store is very clean!

I used the paint department to match some paint I had bought a couple of years before. Initially I was helped by the paint department clerk but he didn’t really know what he was doing . He grabbed the wrong sheen and when I went to confirm he had disappeared. Lucky a young women was around to help. She spent so much time meticulously helping me match my paint. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and spent so much time helping me out and in fact, she was even on her way home when the other guy left working telling me. . Most associates and cashiers are friendly and helpful. Items are usually stocked. Store is clean.

I walked into the store not knowing what I needed and one of the employees (Richard) spent quite a bit of time with me listening to what my need was and working with me to fix the issue I had with a set of pans I bought elsewhere. I was lucky to find someone to help but Richard didn't make me feel I was taking up too much of his time. Way to go Richard - job well done!

Did not get to finish my text so here goes.On your web site it stated a delivery fee was $75.00 and the 5 year protection plan was the same $75.00 BUT I was charged $95.00 for each item listed. Also I was told to call back to know my delivery times on a wed, Thur or Friday. So I called on Thursday and they recorded message stated delivery would be Friday...But it came on Thursday mid afternoon......Go figure......

I was looking for garden stuff, and as usual Mr/Shane Wallace went above and beyond to meet my expectation as customer,he always shows my different stuff will do the job I’m looking to cover, and explains the differences between each on of the, he always spend the time and effort to make sure everyone is perfectly helped, I can’t ask for better service than that, thanks Shane for all your hard work and time, and thanks Home Depot for hiring people like Shane with the best customer service.

Bought a new Honda Lawn Mower. I was overcharged $210.00 dollars. Mower in box did not match picture on box. I paid for a 4 in 1 and got a 3 in 1 model. Shame on you Home Depot.

Awesome people great place to shop If Home Depot wants customers to ware masks make employees are. And it’s does no good to have signs on the doors for customers to ware masks if it’s not enforced.

Always helpful employees. Had a salesman in the lawn mower dept. (Milan) that went way beyond his duty.

My husband and I visited 3 different Home Depo stores spending hours this past week. None had what we wanted in stock and we couldn’t get a customer service rep to help with tax exemption status, online orders, etc. This store had a rep that knew what was going on and was able to swiftly assist us with all needs within 30 minutes.

All of the employees are super helpful and take the time to carefully explain and assist you! The store is very clean and well stocked.

Really gone down over the past year or two.

My store experience was good but when I called them with some questions about returns and overcharges they had no time for me they just told me to come back to the store and we would work it out it a 50 mile trip I would have liked some answers.

Went to this HD location bc it stated on internet only nearby location that carried portable ac units wout waiting order on line, when we went into store immediately saw unbusy floor associate, stopped ask him where port ac units located, he sd "um I dont kno...try aisle 12" but nothing we had even asked about on that aisle or the next or next, so tried grab attention 2 other associates, but couldn't get help...we ended up walkin entire store warehouse ourselves, finding dehumidifiers, air purifiers, etc but NO PORT AC UNITS...so we were goin to give up, as we were about to leave store, we did last ditch effort n asked cashier lady~ she turned around backwards n they were on the ground lined up against the front wall thats connected to both entrance doors, so that you just walk by coming in without seeing them sitting on floor ...the cashier saved us from walkin out without what we came to purchase, but spent $500 on it n immediately out box the remote does not work correctly, it will turn on n off n light off, but will not change mode, adjust temp by remote nothin else works on remote as it supposed to so not pleased experience , at all, right now

I visited this store #0723 in Franklin, TN on Friday, June 12. Have been shopping at this Home Depot since it opened. Today, I had the best customer service experience since I have been shopping there. Michelle R. and Tim C. in Dept. #23, assisted me and way, way beyond normal customer service expectations. I have provided commentary on another Home Depot site detailing how amazing they were. Too many details as to their customer assistance and interpersonal skills to detail here, but these two associates were the epitome of customer service. Old School....the way it use to be. Kudos to Michelle R. and Tim C. for their assistance and great customer service.

Coming to the store is always a fun experience. I learn a lot about products I need for my DIY projects! The associates are friendly, the store is clean, and hey, it's safe!!!
