All Employees are so efficient, they are always asking "how they can help"

Great customer service, f they don’t know the answer, they will get it for you

The Store is clean and all the employees are friendly and helpful. The shelves are neat and well stocked.

I I'M IN THE STORE SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK, THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELP WHEN I NEED IT AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS GREAT.

Needed paint and their matching machine was broken but the associate noticed that he didn’t need to match the paint but I didn’t noticed that and that saved me a trip. The cashiers that assisted us were also very courteous.

I like the way they had their sanitation station for the carts and everything else was on organized and neat

I can say Home Depot on Bridgeport is number one and I could say y'all do it well job at customer service y'all have a blessed day

Always short handed on staff, which causes long wait lines in both returns and checking out. Management can not fix customer service issues with any real satisfaction, most likely due to corporate decisions.

I would like to address my visit on 07/19/2020. It was a very hot day. I visited just the home and garden center, I was buying some garden soil and bought a pretty yellow plant as well. The checkout line was a long wait, about 7 or 8 customers in line. I was customer #4. When it got to the customer in front of me, the cashier ran out of paper. We had to wait for more receipt paper to be brought from inside. It took at least 5 minutes until the girl walked over . The customer in front of me left without her receipt. I asked the cashier if I could have mine sent to my email address but she said not if I wasn't signed up for it prior so I opted to wait. I tucked my receipt into my purse and since I've been to your store numerous times, I decided to enter my receipts into the survey app. Well low and behold I was given a duplicate receipt. I wasn't able to share my experience with you and enter your sweepstakes since no number is provided on a duplicate receipt. It makes no sense that we had to stand in lines long as we did as customers and senseless that only one roll was walked over with no sense of urgency. Needless to say the cashier never apologized or said thank you if I recall. Very poor customer service, dissatisfied.

Store was clean. Had items we needed .Staff very knowledgeable about what i needed. During this pandemic the employees were very consistent and thourough about what needs to get done to make them and the public safe

I used to shop exclusively at this Home Depot until a few months ago when I tried to used my veteran discount for my purchase. An employee said I could not use the veteran card I had because it was not the right one. Why would I carry my DD214 around?! I felt disrespected and have not shopped at any Home Depot stores because of that incident. The store I shop at now has added me to the system so that I can easily be looked up whenever I check out and never give me any hassle about being a veteran. Being a veteran is something I take great pride in and I appreciate when stores or restaurants offer discounts. Home Depot claims to support veterans and isn’t shy about it. I was really upset at how I was treated and especially how the employee treated the situation.

Friendly but it’s that one worker that’s doesn’t look that they need work there! I will keep going to store, but next time I will report to Manager about this one worker

I came to this store because I became frustrated with other similar stores. THIS STORE IS HELPLFUL! People were friendly and well informed. They appeared enthusiastic to offer advice and suggestions and set me straight on a few misconceptions I had about lawn and gardening. Both stores are about equal distance from my home, but I prefer this one!

The Home Deport has always help me get what I needed. From buying my Kitchen Cabinets, appliances, lumber, any that breaks around the house. The Home Depot Store is very convenient for me.

All associates were friendly and helpful,and shelves were fully stocked! Thank you.

Store was well stocked. Customer service was good and friendly staff. I would definitely go again to this location.

This store seem's well stocked of most products. I found a helpful employee to point me in the right direction right of way for the product I needed. As most stores throughout town are now limiting how many people go in at one time, be prepared to do some waiting in line outside, sadly, a sign of the times but PATIENCE will get you through it. :)

Store was clean, and I was able to find what I needed; however, customer service is poor. I picked up a sheet of plywood, had it cut, and then proceed to the register. At the register, the price listed is different from the signage. I tell the cashier, and since it was close by we walk over there. She tells me that is not the item. I pay, and I head to customer service. I tell the lady that the cashier would not honor the price on the signage. She tells me that she won't either. Neither one of them had the courtesy to call for assistance to have someone look into the discrepancy. I had to ask for a mgr. We walk over there. The sheet I grabbed was moved over from it's allocated spot, but it had no signage. I assumed there were two stacks of the same item next to each other. I accepted the discrepancy and went my way. The price difference was under $2, but I was made to feel like a dishonest customer trying to scam Home Depot.
