I live 1 mi from taunton's Home Depot. I drive all the way to Bridgewater to go to that store. For some reason I like the layout better and the people.

This used to be my go to store. I now travel for a Home Depot because, like the other local ones, it is horrible. Service is poor, plants look like they’re abandoned once they’re put on the racks, nobody is friendly. This place used to be welcoming. Now the customer is an inconvenience.

After purchasing a large item in the Bridgewater MA store, two young male staff attempted to load it in my vehicle, but quickly gave up saying it was not possible. They went back into the store as I called friends and family to find help. However, Michael from lumber department (not even the department my item was from) saw me outside looking distraught and went out of his way to come all the way outside to see if he could assist. I was SO GRATEFUL for his kindness and aptitude, as HE was able to load the item safely in my vehicle so I could safely transport it home. It's not that often an employee will seek you out on their own to see if they can be of help, and Michaels willingness to do so was so very appreciated. Home Depot is lucky to have him as staff and as a consumer I am inclined to continue to shop there because of people like Michael.

Dave M. went above and beyond my experience at the store. He helped out to apply for a Comercial Credit Card. Also helped out on some other issues regarding my credit card. He made several phone calls to address the issue. Even called me to follow up on this issues. Helped me out on my purchases of materials. Always friendly with me and everyone else. Also explained the perks of my CCC. Also Kyle B, Jin L and Mike M all from Pro Desk awesome associate They gathered all the materials.

Doing a home renovation and visit the store almost daily. We’ve become friendly and on a first name basis with some of the staff. They’re always very helpful & so nice. Shout out to Andrew & Joel !!

The staff were friendly and easily available, and the store was clean and well stocked.

Associates informed me of a warranty I was not aware of on a battery. Saved me a bunch of money and went above and beyond expectations in todays lacking customer service world.

Mike signed me and my wife up for the Home Depot points system. I forgot what it was exactly called lol.

I bought apaint remover for cabinets It work very well would buy again

Everyone is always polite and always asking how they can help best Home Depot I ever been too martial was great

I go to Home Depot bought two times a week they usually have everything I am looking for.

The Bridgewater location has a much better quantity of helpful employees than other locations in this area.

I found the product I needed online being instore at this location but couldn't locate it when I looked. Four different employees diligently tried helping without success but the fourth offered the same but larger product (the only available) for the same price saying "customer service and satisfaction is our goal-happy to do it!" Needless to say I am a very happy customer and will be back...Thank you Kathleen!! You're a STAR! Highly recommend the Bridgewater, Home Depot.

The store was clean and inviting inside and out. The salesman was helpful and the cashier was very pleasant and took the time to explain how to register my Ridgid tool purchase.

this store is my favorite, i will go out of my way to shop at this store. the staff is great, and they always appreciate my business. I work all over the state, and i always try to shop this store because i can easily find the product im looking for....in my opinion, this particular store is the finest home improvement store of all, its always clean, and everything is where it should be, making it easy and quick to shop

The manager of the store has been the greatest of all the managers from the day the store opened. He’s really turned it around. And every time I go there. I see him. It’s like he lives there. He must really care. !

We needed 100+ bricks for 4 projects at home. An associate went over products to help us form a better decision.
