I bought the 18 gauge Milwaukee Brad nailer about six months ago. I liked it so much I went back to purchase the 30° Milwaukee framing nailer.

I went to Home Depot looking for a particular item. An employee stopped what he was doing, took me to the right location, and showed me the product, with its various options. He was very patient while I decided which to choose. The checkout person, likewise, was very friendly and helpful.

We purchased shades for our sun room and are extremely pleased with purchase and installion!

The Home Depot in Bristol, Virginia is a great store to shop at. It is always, clean, well organized and stocked, and I can always find help when I need it. They have a nice supply of metal products.

We recently purchased a washer at the Bristol store and were very impressed with Becky, the associate who helped us. She was very knowledgeable about the products and took quite a bit of time with us to explain the features, pricing, and warranties. She made this shopping experience a breeze!

I recently picked up a Milwaukee M12 heated jacket. While I understand our ancestors survived without this, we have softened up over time. I work outside a lot, and this jacket will allow me to get more done.

I was out of town and needed the gloves and Home Depot had exactly what I needed. The gloves helped me starting the healing process on my hand.

Have been buying all my kitchen cabinets and supplies for our remodel here, everyone is willing to help you through out . Any and all questions, answered , prices competitive one of best Homedepot out of the tri cities.

If you are looking at purchasing an appliance ask for Becky she is so hopeful and sweet!

We bought a refrigerator from home Depot and when it was delivered we had to take our truck to the bottom of the driveway and put it our truck to get it to the house and they were supposed to install it but they left and left me and my 60yr old husband to get it in the house and install it they were supposed to install it not us.so when I called home Depot of Bristol VA they said there was nothing they could do.so needless to say our new fridge is still sitting on the back porch until we can find someone to pay to install it so thanks home Depot you just lost us as customer and also we were told we couldn't return it to the store we bought it from from.we will never buy anything from home Depot again

I made a purchase at Home Depot yesterday that took some time. Our sales person, O.J., was most helpful, patient and willing to help and go the extra mile to help me from start to finish. Highly recommend O.J. and the Bristol location.

We bought the lumber but since our house got flooded we have to put the building on hold right now until we do some more cleaning up at our house, so we don’t have a picture of our porch yet.

I went to Home Depot after two days of a horrible experience with their competitor. I had actually cancelled an order for a washing machine with a competitor after a frustrating 6 days. The experience I had at Home Depot was the exact opposite! A friendly helpful associate met me at the washing machines and graciously answered question and guided me through the sale. All other employees were friendly and helpful. Shelves were well-stocked and neat. I had my washing machine paid for, loaded in the truck and ready to go in no time. I will never shop anywhere else.

Lower prices on washer and refrigerator than the competitors! Excellent customer service. Tracey Peters is the best!

I can’t believe the horrible service we got at the Bristol VA location! A simple purchase turned into a 3 week ordeal of phone calls, no call backs, no communication NO APPLIANCE INSTALLATION!! Just to be hing up on from Tracy Peters because THEY could not give me a real answer!!!! DISGUSTING
