Everything is in excellent maintenance and the people there are friendly too!!

We went in to look at washers yesterday and Michael Nahm helped us out. He gave us all the information we needed without being pushy and walked us through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Went above and beyond!

1901 was the only store (neither Brickyard or Northlake) to rent me a HD-Truck. I went to both Brickyard and Northlake before to see about renting a Load and GO for 24 hours only to get a "No we do not rent trucks for 24 Hours" and I explained that on your website that I has that option and also a monthly option. I a last attempt I went to 1901 - Broadview and explained my need and situation with both Brickyard and Northlake would not do. The Team at 1901 was more that understanding and compassionate about my needs and explained that the truck can be rented for a 24hr term from time stamped. Both Brickyard and Northlake have lost me as a customer for based on this experience I will make that added 10 minute trip to 1901. I believe that it is the simple things that make a difference and 1901 will be my store and an example that Brickyard and Northlake could learn from.

I truly enjoy coming in here. I live in broadview, right up the street actually. Every time I come in here I get excellent service and knowledge from the employees at this store. Continue with the good work

Home Depot offers a good variety of kitchen appliances, and it seems that they frequently have sales. I have been happy with the products I have purchased there.

I called to check product availability. Ms. Athina Solomos helped me by locating the items I wanted to buy. The items showed limited quantity on line, but she found that the sku number had been changed and it was different from what it was listed on line. They had more than limited quantities available. I'm so happy I found these items, because I called 7 stores and none of the associates wanted to go check availability. Thank you Ms. Athina Solomos! Job well done. I'm soooooooo satisfied with the service that you provided today.

I bought windows and the men who installed them was awesome.

The delivery drivers/installers are completely unprofessional. They wouldn't deliver or install the item. They made up every excuse to do nothing. No attempt was mad. They argued with me and told me to buy a different item. The did not wear masks inside my home. They told me to call the store, and then left without letting me know While i was on the phone with trying to get someone to help with the situation. The Delivery driver's attitude, lack of initiative, professionalism, and courtesy made for an awful experience.

Very helpful associates! Great to be in Pro Rewards, save lots and fast shopping.

They are always happy to see customers and has amazing customer service skills. I always have a great experience when I walk into and shop in this store.

If you are shopping here and need help finding an item, I really hope you bump into Nancy, hunted around the store happily for 15 mins to find a specific product I was looking for, she’s incredible and super friendly

I can not attest to the quality of service yet, but I'd like to point out that it doesn't feel right to be treated like a crook. Here goes the story. My water heater broke down on a Sunday night. On Monday morning I called Home Depot to schedule an installation. They said a permit would be needed to go through with the job and that they would submit all the necessary paperwork. I asked them to mention it was an emergency because we didn't have hot water. I know that our Village issues emergency permits on short notice, but the only thing I heard from the HD rep was that she called the Village, her call went to voicemail and she didn't want to leave a message not to be a nuisance! Apparently, a customer in an emergency situation is absolutely normal. I ended up getting that permit going myself. The next day, Tuesday, an installer arrived, he discovered an inconvenience that would prevent him from completing the job; he packed up and left. I needed the Village's assistance again to disconnect the main water line. I spent the entire Tuesday trying to arrange for that. Luckily one of the HD reps pitched in and helped me get the necessary information. Forward to Wednesday morning and still no hot water, the water service shut off has been solved and HD was able to get me on the schedule the same morning. Grateful for that. And that's when I was told that I had to pay for the service that hasn't been provided yet in full. First of all, I was never given a written quote, nor a contract. No HD rep has referred me to their service terms and conditions. I was never given a copy of the Consumer Rights that is required by law in Illinois, and I was strong-armed to pay the entire amount upfront (something that the Illinois Attorney General advises against) because it's HD policy that I was never given a chance to read. I feel like HD just took advantage of my situation - I had to either pay or look for another contractor which meant being without hot water. HD wouldn't even agree to charge 50% upfront and then the rest upon the completion of the job. It is the first contractor that has done so. I feel like customers should be informed from the very beginning the full amount is due, before they agree to schedule services. I would not be contracting HD for any future work in my home and would strongly advise others against it. They may work with excellent installers, but their customer services is completely dishonest.

The people here are so friendly, sometimes I feel like I don’t want to leave.

I purchased a Ryobi Battery operated Lawnmower and a Ryobi Battery operated Snow Blower too. What a deal and a great combination!!! Ken and the Team were excellent in explaining the differences and qualities each offered...not to mention 24 months free financing....Yaaaaas!

Horrible experience with the cashier, extremely unprofessional, not knowledgeable at all! Didn’t assist me when I ask, it was just horrible Now Tyler, one of your workers that didn’t event work in the department I was in went above and beyond to assist me. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service!

I moved to Berwyn on 28 May 2021 for work. I have been in this store half a dozen times and each time, I leave with what I’m looking for and I have had nothing but the best customer service from the associates that work here! The store is clean, organized and I found the bathroom to be clean and fully stocked! I highly recommend this store and if you need appliances, go see Athina! She’s amazing in helping you select what you want and need!

This is my favorite Home Depot store. I like to come here for my gardening needs and other hardware items. The prices are good and the employees are helpful and friendly. I'm happy the hot dog stand is open again!

Amazing customer service! They have the friendliest employees.

I was very disappointed to see that Home Depot seemed to go out of their way to make new signage requring masks whether people are vaccinated or not, even though it's no longer required. I will no longer shop at this or any store that requires masks now that it's no longer mandated be the government, and I won't return to Home Depot until I see something publicized that lets me know their corporate policy is no longer overly burdensome.
