Brookhaven Home depot is the greatest place.

Great prices and material

I found what I was looking for at this store so I did not need to travel any further which saved me $$$. Service was slack at the beginning but two store employees quickly summoned help. Alberta A took the bull by the horns and made things happen. Thank You Alberta.

Store employees are rude

We have built 2 houses, renovated a commercial building and 5 rental houses and are currently renovating the home we are living in. I would highly recommend Alberta & Susan if you need to order doors/windows. Very knowledgeable and courteous. The best experience ever!

I love shopping at Home Depot in Brookhaven. The store is always clean, fully stocked and the employees are always professional, helpful and friendly. I find the products I'm looking for and usually spend more than I intended.

The store is very well organized and well kept with staff willing to lend a hand! It is refreshing to be able to find what you are looking for and to have staff willing to help make the experience an enjoyable one.

I drive 50 miles to this store because it just feels friendlier than most. I also like Brookhaven, so I make a morning of it. Everything organized, neat, and pleasant staff.

We travel I 55 North and South frequently. Can not resist stopping to shop. Truly enjoy the store and the employees. Always get help finding what we need.

Need Help In Paint Department.

I have been going to the HomeDepot in Brookhaven quite a few years now, and I have never had a bad experience. Not one time! I consider it my store. That's what I tell my wife that I am going to my HomeDepot.

Best customer service I could asked for! The two employees I who waited on me went above and beyond the call of duty. One sales lady worked in electrical but helped me in a big way with a plumbing issue. The second employee worked in your lumber department and helped me come up with an idea on how I could come up with a damaged roof gutter and pointed me to what I needed. These two employees are what customer service is all about. THANKS!

I found almost all the products I was looking for excellent assistance from its employees. The store was clean and very wholesome environment.

Horrible customer service. Walked around the lumber yard for over an hour and thirty minutes with no assistance! Rhonda, the lumber yard manager finally shows up after we found what we needed. Then she goes on to help an off the clock employee.

Great experience from Enter to Exit!!!

I was told to receive the military discount I had to be disabled. The cashier was very friendly and gave me the discount despite the rule. I will never shop at this or any other Home Depot again.

If you need flooring, go see Phillip and Steve. They are terrific.
