A convenient location with great working staff. Especially, I would like to thank “TJ” who was very knowledgeable and quick.

Shopping experience was a breeze..

Waited for 20 minutes at the panel saw for help. The employees that walked by and actually acknowledged me while I waited told me “someone will be by to help shortly”, but nothing. It took walking to the front of the store and being visibly upset to get help. I’ve been to this location dozens of times because of the convenience of the location but the service in the lumber department is generally underwhelming. I think it’s time to start going elsewhere.

The store has plenty of employees that are happy and happy to help me. Store is always Clean and very clean bathrooms !

Love Home Depot & this location in particular. Staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable & AVAILABLE. If they don’t know the answer, they will find it. Mr Lou provided a building project kit for our grandson who loves a trip to Home Depit!

This is a good store. As a home owner I shop here all the time for all my home items. The store layout is very clean, well lit, signage is good, and the staff is very friendly and engaging.

The women employees and older men are consistently available, knowledgeable and helpful. The young men are frequently dumb, unhelpful and spend a lot of time on their cellphones.

This is an excellent Home Depot. The parking lot is set up real well and it's very big. The inside or the store is easy to navigate and always well stocked. The employees at this location love to help! Great place to shop.

I am a widow, age 79. Lou was wonderful in helping me solve the problem of a draft under my apartment main door.

I had a very pleasant experience shopping today 10/28/20. Lou, Lee and Sarah were very pleasant and helpful. I found exactly what I needed.

I'm a 70-year old 5'2" grandmother and made 2 trips to this store to buy large numbers of patio blocks. I received NO help either time to load these into my car.

The male employees at the Brookwood Home Depot are not always helpful and knowledgeable. The women employees are consistently more helpful and when they don't know an answer they are more persistent in finding the information. Improve the stocking situation - many times I have to go to State Bridge or Tilly Mill to find additional stock. Train the employees to be more persistently helpful - many of the men particularly the younger ones blow me off rather than help - most of the time they merely go back to standing around when they could be helping.

WORST experience at this location in Suwanee!! I would have have given a ZERO rating if that option was available. An associate named Frida works at this location at the Returns/Pickup counter and the company needs to train her on professionalism and speaking skills!! She was rude, raising her voice and yelling when asked a simple question related to a pickup. The other employees just stood there watching, not saying anything. Definitely will NOT be back at this location. Do yourself a favor and visit another Home Depot location for friendly service.

Lou does an outstanding job helping customers and Angie the head cashier is always there to lend a hand. The store is always well organized and have everything I need.
