Tom N at the store on Baseline in Arizona is my favorite vendor I have. Helpful in many ways but above all else, one of the friendliest guys I’ve had the pleasure of meeting!

Yesterday we needed a new microwave since our old one died that morning. So happy to have found Home Depot open on Saturday evening and to buy a microwave very similar to the one we used for over 10 years. Pleasant, helpful saleslady who helped us load our purchase in our vehicle. BRAVO!

The staff was eager to help and showed great patience with me!

My shopping trip went well. I knew what I needed and where it was located. I was able to get in and out quickly.

I went to Home Depot to purchase some plants. The lady at the register was so helpful to me and took the time to explain about the refund policy on the plants.

Employees here are friendly, but lack helpfulness and effort. Cancelled an entire pickup order today because they cancelled one of my items claiming it was out of stock. Showed up to the store and located the item within 30 seconds in front of 3 associates just for them to look embarrassed and dumbfounded. Completely unacceptable

Personnel are more friendly and more knowledgeable than they were the previous few months. Enjoyed shopping yesterday and today.

I'm so fortunate to have Home Depot in Broussard to consider for home improvements. The garden center is always of my fav places to go.

I have shopped this store several times and can’t get over how helpful the employees are. Even if you look like you need help, without asking, someone is asking if they can help you. Even stopping what they are doing to assist you.

Just purchased a new LG refrigerator. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I recommend this location to all in the Broussard area!

When you go to Broussard Home Depot….don’t get frustrated…look for Coach Howard Ware and if the store has it….he’s gonna get it for you!!! Great guy!!!

We're renovating our house and we've been to Home Depot to purpose several times.

Unlike many Box Stores the Broussard Home Depot has some very helpful employees. Especially Donovan, who goes out of his way to help as many Cusotmers as possible with accurate information.

Logan was very nice and respectful. She helped me find items even though it was not her department she took her time with me and even went out her way to google what I needed . She was very patient even when other customers were impatient and giving her a hard time she apologized for the other customers behavior. Thank you Mrs Logan for being so sweet

I have shopped all the “big box” stores for over forty years and can tell you that the difference is in CUSTOMER SERVICE . At H D the atmosphere and culture there is above and beyond other brands due to the WILLINGNESS TO HELP customers !!!

If you have a plumbing material need ask for Mr. Dave! He is an expert and a retired Master Plumber!!

I had the joy of going to this location on Christmas see if at 1st I thought I was gonna be in a long line then when I realized I had to use the self check machines I was a little bit adamant But there was a nice young lady there who helped me out a lot. Malena Made sure I had exactly what I needed that I didn't forget anything even ask me how my day was going she made sure to help me with the self check out matheme and how to use my store credit cards. That would have been a disaster if I had to do it myself I didn't know you could not use a gift card or store credit card the same as you can a regular credit card good things she was there to help me A-day that had started out frazzled for me quickly ended with my trip and I was able to leave with a smile on my face in-and-out the store before I knew it. For workers who had to be there on Christmas Eve I can tell you at this location it didn't seem like they minded it and they were eager to help.

Employees are always helpful and all seem to be knowledgeable about the entire store. If not find some who does to help us. Great!!!!
