Our local Home Depot in Brunswick, GA offer a great selection of products at reasonable prices. The staff is always ready to assist us with our shopping needs.

Was disappointed with the attitude of the garden staff. Asked if she knew whether or not they had any butterfly bushes (advertised on your website as common in our area). Her response was; "I don't know, we have so many plants." And she walked away. Garden area is not well organized. There are plants (for instance fruit trees) in about 4 different areas, you wouldn't know that by the signs and you would think there weren't any more unless you happen to stumble over them. The whole area is just not easy to navigate. I had looked at the website and read the gardening/flowers in your area section - and wrote down 4 different plants I wanted to get (based on your suggestion); I couldn't find any of them.

Shopping this store or any store during covid19 is a challenge. But when I need assistance, I want to cry. I lost my husband Aug 2019 and everything is very difficult without him. I went looking for an assistance but non were around. Another customer offered to help load the toilet. The toilet box was very dusty and dirty. The only associate I talked with was the cashier who was friendly.

The store staff just makes me feel like I'm part of the family and I really value their commitment. Thank you!

We have had okay experiences there, but something always goes wrong. Much of what goes wrong is incompetency from untrained employees. Not entirely their fault, but we have had hours of time (no exaggeration) wasted by employees not knowing how to handle material or operate ProServices/Customer services. We try to be understanding, but it gets ridiculous at some points.

My company barefoot painting and renovations shop there at least 5days a week if not more. It’s always a pleasure there and everyone so helpful. Won’t ever change and go shopping anywhere else. The girls at the pro desk are great. Andrea and sue. Love the store and the ridged tools probably brought about $6000.worth of ridged tools from there. The Brunswick store was great at explaining our options for new floors in two of our bedrooms. We selected hardwood and now that the floors are installed, we love them. The process was to select the floor, then a measuring service came out and measured or floors. Then we paid for the project. We paid for the flooring material to be shipped to our house, instead of picking it up ourselves. That turned out to be the poorest area of the project. The men were to deliver the floors three days prior to the installation so the floor material would adjust to the environment. Unfortunately, after waiting all day for the delivery, I called Home Depot and was told the floors would be delivered. About 6pm I got a call from the deliverer of the floors who wanted to put off delivery. I insisted it be on that day. About 45 minutes later the van showed up and did deliver the material. Not happy with that service. The floor installers came three days later and did a wonderful job. Now we love our floors.

This place sucks. I ordered 4 appliances to be delivered and was told on Friday by delivery company they would arrive between 930am and 130 pm Saturday at 230pm I called the home Depot store and spoke with a very rude lady in appliance Dept and she told me to call the 1800# there was nothing she could do for me. I called it of course was a computer and all it said was they were behind and would call 30 minutes before they delivered. Well at around 630 I called back to home Depot and spoke to the manager of the appliance department and he said the delivery company was closed and there was nothing he could do but that they delivered up to 10 pm. So since they never delivered or called to offer an explanation I called home Depot Sunday morning and asked to speak to the store manager. I was told the manager was not in and they would have this person return my call. By 11 am with no return call I went to home Depot to get my money back. Then they procede to tell me that the delivery company had cancelled my order and I would be refunded my money in 3 days. How does a company that never called or showed just cancel an order or refund an order that was paid for with cash?? So I demanded a full refund and of course that took a while and then I took my business elsewhere. Not sure if I will ever be back to home Depot. The only two ppl I have yet to encounter there that are good at customer service and not rude was the customer service rep and Assistant manager that helped me get my money back.

This store values signing customers up for Credit Cards, while making other customers stand in line waiting behind them. You are not told that this is going on, so you can move to other lines, and sometimes this may take many minutes of your time away.

I would recommend any customer to that particular store reason for the cleaning its excellent customer service and when you need assistance someone are there and need and that is awesome because customer service is everything and everywhere you go

I usually don't need help, but my sister, who is 61, tells me that one of your customer service people always gives her a helping hand, and even loads her truck for her.

I purchased a heater and was overcharged. The shelf price said $49.97 but I was charged on my receipt $74.97. Store manager named Rodney refused to honor the lower price. Very poor on customer satisfaction.
