I have always preferred shopping at this store, the employees are so friendly and always ready to help!

My Home Depot has valet parking. You are allowed to park in the loading zone while you shop. Drivers are not asked to move cause employees don't want to be confrontational. Management shows no concern for those of us that have to wait and to load our purchases.

KC was extremely friendly and helpful at the self service check out. Thanks KC, you do a wonderful job!

Don't go and try to checkout 5 minutes BEFORE closing. Had an employee (Diana) literally tell me she hated me for this because "they're closing in 5 minutes"

Based on the way a manager spoke to one of the clerks today, no, I would not recommend this store. The manager of the clerks that work the cash registered embarrassed a clerk so much in the way he spoke to her this afternoon, I was almost as embarrassed for her as she was at his tone. He was rude, abrasive, and condescending. She was trying to clarify how to handle a price discrepancy for a ceiling fan. I know what it feels like to be spoken to in a way that destroys your confidence and hinders communication from that moment forward. He was out of line.

From first entering the store, I was greeted and made to feel at "Home" Depot. In searching for special gadgets and thingamajigs, I asked for help. I received friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable help. He knew where things were located and made suggestions for accomplishing my project. Signs identifying the location of items we need are clear and made my search much easier as well.

Lack of customer service. Years ago the employees of this store were eager to help. Lucky to find anyone who knows anything.

Lyle, who was the sales associate greeted us as we were looking for a storm door. We described what we wanted and he pointed out some storm doors and explained the features of each. Lyle greatly simplified the process of getting a door and answered my questions. We were in our car and live about 65 miles from the store, he suggested that we could pay for the door and have it at will call and pick it up later this week. We followed his advice and will pick the door up on Thursday.

This location is always clean, has friendly employees and always has what I'm looking for in stock.

The staff at this store has always impressed me. They help you find what you need and then ask if there is something else they can help you with. The store is always clean. I enjoy shopping here and have never been disappointed.

I'm grateful that we have Home Depot in our home town. Being retired military the 10% discount is surely appreciated.

I am being optimistic that after the pandemic is further under control, Home Depot will be able to hire more employees. The cashiers are friendly and professional. I will revisit this store as I need to. I appreciate the convenience of not having to go into Little Rock or Jacksonville for my home improvement needs.

Lady in paint department is awesome! Every department we visited the employees were helpful. If they didn't know the answer, they found someone that did. The employee that checked us out was very friendly (we like the personal service more than the self check out).

Using the Home Depot ap makes it super easy to navigate the store and find the items I need. The employees are always super nice and knowledgeable.

I got help for searching for a product, which was helpful. wanted just a ball park estimate on a garage door install, took too long and now I am gonna receive a call from maintenance personnel for a repair. this store has very knowledgeable people, you have to know when they are working or else your on your own

Visited this store on Saturday 06-20-2020 at about 9am and the outdoor Garden Center doors (from the parking lot) were still closed. After 20 bags of paver base were loaded onto our cart, the doors were still closed and still no outdoor cashiers. When we asked one of the employees about this, he said they "just don't have anyone to work those registers" so we had to drag this heavy cart all the way through the store, almost to the other side to get to a register. When I spoke with someone at the Customer Service Desk about this, she said she hears this same complaint all the time and she would mention it to the store manager, again.

During the last few weeks I have shopped at this store a number of times. On every visit I have been met and interacted with numerous employees. Every time the employees were polite , out going, extremely helpful and generally pleasant. The store was clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this store for all your home and building needs.

This is the greatest store! The employees are always offering to assist you and if you need them they are knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is always clean and it is well organized.

Ask for Joe in the plumbing/electrical isles! Very knowledgeable and saves me a ton of money from having to hire a contractor or licensed specialists.
