Ernesto Fernandez from Dept 23 is absolutely the best. He spent over an hr with us taking us through the store to help us find everything we needed for a huge project. He was patient, sweet and very knowledgeable. This is truly what customer service should look like. He went way beyond his call of duty an we are more than grateful.

I was having issues on finding the exact products that I needed for the power outages that I have been going through. That is when yoliana guided me through the right sections of the store to help me find an amazing deal with Ryobi products. Her customer service is amazing, I really hope she gets a raise because her work ethics and kindness are out of this world. You have an amazing employee in your hands!!

Not carring spare parts for the products sold at stores is challenging. Not always needs to buy a full replacement. This is so fundamental because it could be cosidered a kind of a "furniture store" rather that a hardware store.
