This particular Home Depot has an overall great attitude throughout the store. Most employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Love the long time employees I see every time I go to this store. Hate the new check out system that drags out my check out times.

It's always easy to find what I am looking for at this store. If I need someone to help me it is not hard to find someone. Most of the time there is a clerk nearby that will offer assistance. The clerks are always friendly and helpful and best of all knowledgeable about the products in their department. The store is always neat, clean and orderly.

Store is neat and clean. Aisles are clear and easy to navigate. Shelves are neat and products easy to find. Plenty of merchandise available. Garden center is wonderful with lots of plants available. Associates are friendly and eager to answer questions or find what you are looking for. Very nice store and I would highly recommend it!

Randal was great! We were hunting pine straw. Home Depot only had a few rolls left. He pulled two rolls for us and had it waiting at the service desk. Thanks Randal!

Great HD store in a very convenient location. They do not sell helicopters or horses, otherwise I think they have anything a homeowner would need!

We have just built a new home. Of course, this mean many trips to Home Depot and other stores. All of the employees have been very helpful from the purchase of our new appliances to little things like a funnel! They have been professional, charming and they are well trained in customer service and product knowledge. Both of us were in sales and management for over 40 years. We appreciate solid customer service performance

I appreciate being asked by several employees if I need help while I'm shopping, even if I don't. I try to find what I need on my own but sometimes I have no idea where to look or I'm in a hurry. I've walked out of stores where I can't find anyone to help. The Canton Home Depot store consistently provides great service.This is why I prefer to shop locally, in stores rather than online when I can. I've shopped at several general retail stores where the employees there either ignore you or try to avoid you while they're working on the floor. When a store allows helpful customer service to come before job assignment tasks or "departmental boundaries", it shows. I have never been made to feel like I'm interrupting someone's tasks at this store. Please don't change a thing. This store is consistently stocked with a wide variety of product choices, clean, & managed well from my experiences shopping here for me home needs.
