This is our second time having horrible issues with Home Depot’s delivery and installation. We ordered, from a different store (Rossford, OH), a set of all new kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher) which included free delivery. The delivery people did absolutely everything in their power to not install a single appliance. They came up with every excuse in the book as to why they could only install the microwave. Today we ordered a new dishwasher from the Canton, OH store and paid for haul away of our old dishwasher. We were told they ‘couldn’t’ install the new one because the water shut off valve is in our basement and it’s a ‘liability’ for them to walk down a flight of stairs. However, the delivery people who spoke very little English, no dig to them but it made communicating this issue very difficult, told me that they could not haul away the old dishwasher unless it was sitting on our front porch. I explained that we paid for that service and the paper work we were given said the old dishwasher simply had to be unplugged but they just told me to call customer service. Again, nothing against the delivery people they are just doing their job, but I can’t understand why it is so hard for Home Depot to clearly communicate with buyers and installation/delivery workers what is supposed to happen.

This is my second power washer that I have purchased from Home Depot and am back as the first one was used by the whole family and extended its use so here I am again. And my son has the same sump pump and is very satisfied with the power and the quietness of the sump pump so I purchased the same one for our condo!!!

Each time I come to this store I get fantastic feedback. Just good employees always making me laugh and smile.

We were greeted immediately by a female at customer service, then immediately guided in person by Jerry to the section we were in search of. He then went further to help us with our needs. As the part we need was not available he showed how we could clean our own. Then escorted us to the next area we needed.

I needed to grab some speaker wire for a project. The website told me where to locate and sure enough it was there. Then I realized there was another option which might work even better for me. Awesome.

We needed a fridge and the model we were interested in was not shown on the floor. Tedd found it for us and then was helpful in suggesting we open a credit card to save us some additional money. It was very much appreciated.

Ordered a sliding door with great success. However, flooring is a nightmare experience just trying to order and work with incompetent staff

Buyer Beware! Online orders are NOT subject to the 90 day return policy. Purchased an item not in stock at the store on 6/18/2021, returned on 7/26/2021 with my original receipt and original form of payment. Store refused to credit my VISA card and issued a store credit. Keep in mind that store credit cards can be used only in the stores and for online orders. I gave HD several opportunities to rectify this situation to no avail.

Destiny was polite and very helpful. Definitely would shop again at this location.

Went to our local Home Depot on the strip in Canton, Ohio and there was something different about the place. All the employees seemed happy to assist and seemed to care about our project. I didn't hear a single negative comment by any staff. Both the gentleman helping us get our cabinets to the cashier helping us set up delivery went out of their way to help us.

Everyone is so helpful and pleasant every time I go here! They outshine the other Home Depot stores in this area! This is my "Home away from Home", as I do come here often. Products are great and the staff is wonderfully friendly and professional!

I showed up at your location at 3:50pm with a huge list of materials I needed for my deck. I asked for help in the Lumber Department and Daniel came to help. I explained that I needed to take the materials with me that night and I did not do a call ahead order. He asked to see my list and helped me pick out my materials. The whole time, he was very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable. I WILL be returning to your location for my future projects because of the Great Service I received. I get to the register and my Cashier was Erin. What a Sweetie!!! A very patient young Lady. She had an older Lady, who I did not get her name, answering her questions because of the way I had to pay for my order. I had gift cards and a couple of credit cards I had to use. Both Ladies made me feel like it was normal to pay that way and helped me from being embarrassed. Way to go North Canton Home Depot!!! You rock!!!

The appliance product specialist did a commendable job assisting us with our purchase. It was a major appliance purchase and we appreciated the attention that we received. The products that we were looking to purchase were available.

Went to customer service because the brute 55 Gal trash cans were covered in bird poop. I asked if they’d clean them, the employee proceeded up hand me cleaner and rag and walked away. As I was cleaning bird dirt off the trash cans a fellow customer ask me if I knew where something was. I told him “I do notwork here and good luck finding an employee who cares. As I’m cleaning bird crap off a product I hadn’t purchased yet.” He turned around and walked out the door. Did I mention I was standing in the customer service area. Crazy poor customer service.

The North Canton store carries high quality products. This case was a walk behind mower by Honda, highly rated by a well noted consumer publication. The customer service associate and the person who helped me get the mower onto a cart and into my vehicle were both great.

The store has everything possible that a handyman would want, and at lower prices. It's a win-win situation. And store personnel were very friendly and helpful.

We have been doing a remodel the last month, so my many trips to Home Depot in Canton Ohio has been a pleasant experience. I’d like to thank Mike at the pro desk, Catherine, Katrina, and April at customer service for going above and beyond and helping with all of my questions and needs. Brian who I think works back in appliances however I’ve seen him at customer service has been very helpful as well as Kevin and plumbing. These employees have gone above and beyond to help me!
