I bought kitchen cabinets it took 2 years to get them all. They were damaged. I ended up excepting them to get my kitchen back

I brought a hot water tank 40 gallon and the installer was excellent.At the Canton store.

Service desk is great and associates are always willing to provide an excellent customer experience. Also, the Tool Rental department is the best around, in my experience. Good store leadership and committed team members.

The staff is so amazing, they actually want to help customers not like other places where they hide from customers. One guy stands out there his name is Gus. Most friendly knowledgeable employee you'll come across. He has helped me out multiple times without a question. He definitely makes my shopping experience at the home depot great.

Just like the title states, Kayla is awesome and you need to hire more people like her. Aside from that I’m a fan of your store and I like the layout, really easy to find stuff and usually always stocked up.

This is the best Home Depot store. I am always greeted and helped by friendly employees. They ask if I need help finding things and I never have to go looking around for help.

was greeted when I came in and three other employees also helped me in different areas of the store. all the employees were happy and I was able to obtain the things that I needed without walking all around the store.

I pass up 2 home depot locations just to make it to this one solely due to customer service. Everyone at this location is amazing specially Gus from plumbing, he always goes above and beyond to help. I recommend everyone to shop there and compare, I guarantee you'll notice a difference.

My mom and I would just like to give a shout out to ANNA FROM FLOORING for going above and beyond in helping us find a product in the lighting department when it wasn't even her department! THANK YOU ANNA WE SO APPRECIATE YOU! wish all sales reps were like ANNA FROM FLOORING!!!!

Sam in tool rental is AWESOME!!!! He went above and WAAAAAY beyond his "job duties" by removing my old car battery and installing the new one

They really do go above and beyond at this location, I had a guy help me in his department and then walked with me to 2 different department to make sure I get the right items. He was great and now this is my favorite place.

Two employees Nicole and Crystal deserve so much praise. They've were above and beyond customer care today. There are some employees I'd suggest avoid that were cold mean rude and down right disrespectful but the kindness of Nicole and crystal will keep me coming back

If anyone needs flooring, be sure and ask for Anna. She is the best. She managed our carpet purchase without a hiccup! She is friendly, and efficient and very professional. I will miss her help!

Nichole in the garden center is an amazing asset to this location. She is always friendly and positive. She always offers to help me load my car. Even though I am quite capable of doing it myself, she kindly reminds me that that’s what they are there for. She always goes above and beyond. Thank you Nichole!

Whenever I go to the Canton Home Depot I always receive excellent customer service. There have been numerous occasions where an employee went above and beyond what was required or expected. Whether I need help with a problem, a certain type of tool, good advice or an employee to show me how something is done, I can always count on the Canton Home Depot. They are my go-to hardware store!

The markup is so disgusting, and it was an emergency, so I had no other option!!!! Buy it and have another company install it!!!!!! Trust Me!!!

Am extremely happy with the consistently high level of customer service provided by Anna Finn, carpeting specialist. I feel that she “owns”my issue and I don’t have to battle a bureaucracy to get it resolved. Please recognize her for going above and beyond to make my Home Depot experience enjoyable
