Great experience at the Carefree Home Depot. Prashant at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be back as great customer service is hard to find.

I visited Home Depot on Carefree Hwy for a new washer & dryer. Bonni Tierney helped us and was very helpful, patient and kind. There were so many options available and she went over each option on each washer & dryer and made it easy for us to make our final choice! I highly recommend Bonni to work with! She also gave us her direct contact number to reach her for any questions that we may have as well if anything is wrong to call her within 48 hours to replace for a new one at no charge. Thank you Bonni Tierney!

Although the "Blue other Store" is less than a 1/2 mile away I find what I need in the Home Depot. Employees are helpful and returns are easy. This is the place to shop for my Handyman business supplies.

My refrigerator died and I had to find a solution quickly. I visited Home Depot to see what was available and the current sales. I found what I was looking for with the help of a team member and learned so much about my choice. I also mentioned a problem with my washing machine and learned the solution. I was able to go home and easily fix my washer! The staff was outstanding!

The staff doesn't know the products availabe so you better know what you want before going to this store.

Don't expect any help at this store. Very poor service which starts at the top. No help with heavy merchandise putting it on the cart and no help loading in truck out front.

The service at Home Depot in Cave Creek, AZ is a throwback to the way things used to be done. People greet you warmly and ask if you need assistance right away. In other businesses I've seen employees try to hide when they see you approaching with a possible question. In the Cave Creek store the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, yet they still maintain a professional attitude.

My husband and I went to Home Depot last Friday afternoon and needed help with selecting a bbq grill and some plants for our new home. We asked for help and we were blessed to get Barry to help us. He went over and beyond the call of duty. He helped us pick the best trees, bushes and a grill. Did I mention that he did all of this during a bad downpour and wind of a monsoon! He even helped us load all of our purchases and took us through the nursery to pick the best plants. He is an absolute treasure of knowledge and an asset to Home Depot!

This store always has what I'm looking for and the staff is always helpful. They also seem to know exactly where everything is located within the store.

Won't be visiting this store any longer, last year I spent over 75k at home depot

I was purchasing plants to help beautify Bella Vista College Preparatory School before kids arrived. This store has the best product and prices. The staff is incredibly friendly. I love bumping into the associate Connie in the nursery. Her knowledge and her sense of humor make shopping at this location one of my favorite errands to run.

Dorthy at check out went way out of her way to help us get everything we needed to finish a project.

Needed help in gardening and got what I needed and received suggestions that paid dividends. Joseph was a very pleasant cashier and Cat helped us on several occasions find what we needed.

I needed electrical parts for a project. You all know how many parts are in that aisle. After describing what I was trying to do, Gregory helped me find everything needed. He did all this after noticing me looking confused scans ing the shelves. This is the type of guy you. want to have help you there.

Bryan in lumber is awesome. Super helpful and always takes the time to fulfill our needs in this department. He's knowledgeable and friendly, and never disappoints!

If you, like I, a Former Serviceman, having previously enjoyed a Military Discount, you can now forget that….UNLESS,you do ‘paperwork.’ I have ‘Veteran’ on my Drivers License, although I was never asked to produce any proof before. This was not accepted. No more Home Depot, Other Suppliers in my future as a Real Estate Investor.

On 2nd trip back to HD that same day, I was a bit "off". I never lose stuff and I lost my old and very expensive knife. I called and spoke directly with the manager. She called me back that same afternoon. Found it! What a nice surprise. This is called life interacting with good people. Thanks.

i’ve shopped Home Depot for many, many years, starting in San Diego CA, but this store is by far my favorite. It’s not a huge store, but it’s very well stocked, and i’ve always received excellent advice from its personnel, who are friendly and knowledgeable. If they are not familiar with what i need, they promptly admit it, and get someone who IS! Awesome store personnel!!

She's bubbly and sweet with every customer. I even filled the survey out since she went above and beyond my experience today.

Came in to buy $100 worth of lumber, and $50 worth of containers. Had to practically beg them to take my money lines down the aisles for all the open registers not near enough registers open. I was treated like a pariah when I asked them to open another register, had to ask for the manager who I never saw

This store usually has a variety of appropriate products in various categories which enables the shopper to select the best item for their task. The sales clerk, Karen, at the garden center is one of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful associates I have ever had at any store, not just HD.
