I love being able to go to a Home Improvement Store like Home Dept and be able to receive guidance & direction by experts on products to help me do basic home improvement projects vs having to hire someone to do simple things. It's not just a men's toy store! I love being able to do some things myself!

Today I visited the Home Depot Garden Dept to purchase potting soil. There were many varieties to choose from which can be daunting, but their staff guided me in finding the perfect product for my specific needs. There was also a great special going and a large volume of stock, which isn't the case with many stores when a great special is running. The staff are attentive and always willing to answer your questions, regardless of the area of the store you are shopping in.

On Easter, I had to purchase a built-in microwave for the 1st time. I knew nothing about this at all, but the sales rep made the process so easy & got me an appointment right away. Not only did she provide great customer service, she was very funny which made it such a pleasant shopping experience & comfort in knowing I walked away knowing I made the right decision about my purchase.

Every time I go there, I always seem to get the happiest employees. This time was no different, with Lum as the cashier going above and beyond to ensure my shopping experience was great. 5 stars.

I thought the store was very clean and staff was very helpful and kind.

Staff guided me though the process of buying a new hot water heater. He knew all of what I could possibly need and I contacted a contractor.

While checking out I had a problem with my Home Depot App. The cashier gave me the discount and helped me to understand what I needed to do to get the app to work.

I as a remodeler have purchased materials at this particular store for over 26 years and have always been able to either get help with what I am purchasing and also help in loading any materials into my work Truck outside!

Nick in the nursery was so very helpful and kind. It is a nice change from the service you usually get when dealing with young people . I told nick I wished I had cash for him and he stated that he was not allowed to take tips and that it was just part of his job to be helpful .

Awesome experience! Needed assistance on a hot water heater and a cuppler he assisted and got me everything I needed and even additional pieces so I didn't have to come back!

As mentioned in the survey, I'm often in Home Depot vs. other similar stores because of the service provided. This past week, amazed me! MIKE, in plumbing solved a problem I'd been working on for months, and when I checked out cashier LINDA, was so pleasant to others as well as me!

My husband and I ordered a compact portable top load washer and the services were wonderful. We got an e-mail and text with all details and instructions. The delivery was at the time without delay and the employees were very polite, helpful, and friendly!! The washer that we ordered is of very good quality and very functional!! We are happy to get such great services!! Moreover, I personally love to buy flowers and palms in the garden section! They are amazing! Thank you very much!!

This store is a very convenient location. The drawback is that the store is a smaller store than some other stores

The employees at this store are friendly and very helpful. One particularly standout employee is Bonnie Cherry who assisted me in getting a huge patio umbrella that I almost didn’t get because the package it came in seemed so intimidating. Not only was she able to lift it onto a cart, she assisted me in getting the sand needed for the project and placing it into my car. Another employee asked if she needed assistance on the way out, and he also helped. I wished I had his name as well. They were wonderful. Bonnie not only helped me at the store, but her strength and abilities motivated me to complete the assembly on my own. I didn’t think I could do it initially. She represents woman empowerment and competence.

Always friendly, helpful. I highly recommend their curbside pickup - they’ve always done an excellent job.

I enjoy shopping at store 0650 in Carmichael because the quality of their customer service and product knowledge is hands down the best I have experienced in this area when it comes to home improvement stores! The "other guy" LOWE'r'S the bar in comparison! Lol

I love the Carmichael Home Depot. I initially felt overwhelmed when trying to purchase items. The gal in Plumbing was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my questions (and she was the only person in plumbing that day and it was busy). In customer service, I worked with a delightful person - Savanha Wilcox. She made my trip a little more delightful because she was calm, patient and kind. I made a point of asking for her last name because she was extremely helpful. She guided me to areas that I needed. Most of the staff members are very helpful, but it was crazy busy the day I was there, so there were some who were feeling stress. I will not hesitate to come back, but I am also pleased to have added your app to my phone for additional help and to view items in advance of my visit to the Carmichael store. It is helpful because you list the rows where items are located. This is great because the store is so large and some times a bit intimidating for an older woman. Your store is clean and well designed but can also be overwhelming. It will just be helpful to know the row and area to go to prior to my visit. Great store, Great service.

not the largest home depot in the area but they keep it friendly and clean. 9 out of 10 visits are a joy , occasionally you run in to an associate, with the "that's not my area" or "I don't know" and walks off, experiences that make you want to shop else ware. But those times are fewer than the times where you encounter an associate that makes your day. On a recent visit, cashier Dave was that joy. happy up beat knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in my project. there shelves always seem full and most times what i came in for is there..

Because Rachelle was so very perceptive, I didn't get very far into the store but I liked what I saw and was appreciative of the attentive employees. It is quite handy, on the way to our church. My husband and I will definitely shop at Home Depot #0650 Carmichael for my home needs. Thank youe
