There are too many employees standing around check out areas talking and nit working while lines grow long

This is the only Home Depot I dread to go to. I only go there when I have a job in the are and forget something because I try to stop by another Home Depot before I get to the area. The employees are NOT very friendly to the point where they were trying to charge me for the complementary masks. If you’re trying to return something, this is the ONLY location that has ever given me a hard time. I try to avoid this store at all cost

I love this Home Depot, they always have everything I need in stock and great customer service.

Great customer service and polite

My purchases were made today and a month ago. I purchased some plants that were fresh and beautiful. They are going strong. Home Depot is a great place to purchase plants. The customer agents are always polite and knowledgeable.

I was do happy to visit the store today because ,I wanted a glass security door for the front of our house and did not that they had them.I know now and the prices were 369.00.Store was clean.Associates were friendly. But I didn't need assistance finding anything.Overall rating.5

I had the Good Fortune of visiting this location. Good decision in going. Store conditions were very good as well as the level of Customer Service. I had a beautiful experience last evening. The store was in good condition, stocked and neat[as can b]. Avery, one of your very professional team members aided me. She was so helpful. Via her directions I was able to secure what I needed with ease. She makes me want to come back and just buy some stuff. In these days n times, we need MORE of Avery and Your Team. Thanks Guys, We, your neighborhood appreciate you.

Your Pro desk associates are extremely rude, and unprofessional. With over 20 contractors needing to checkout they refused to check us out. I’m guessing they’re cell phones were more informant than checking out customers. They attitude they gave was unwanted and uncalled for. We spend thousands of dollars with your company and should be treated accordingly.

I experience some awesome customer service today from Shaquetta in Lawn & Garden. I asked about the best plants to put in direct sunlight and she pulled out her phone and Googled it for me. After she found some she assisted me with picking some out in the store. She was extremely helpful...and she was funny. Great customer service!!!!

A shopping experience can vary from day to day, or store to store, i prefer the store in my community, so i support Homedepot Cascade

The store is well maintained. And the clerk/cashier- Laquitha was helpful and courteous.

The store was well stocked and very active for the early morning. The parking area was clean and the associates were so nice! I came to purchase an item and the young lady knew where to send me to find them. I also purchased a beautiful flower that was not on my list.

I like the Lawn and Garden Department, but I have nothing nice to say about any of the workers in the paint or appliance departments. They are either absent or rude, most of the time. And I go to this HD alot, but mostly for outdoor stuff. Going inside that store makes me crazy!!

I like to leave reviews that show a business has made great effort in customer service. I'm always greeted here, the employees are friendly through out the store. If they don't have what I need they make recommendations, or even order and tell me when it will arrive. I'm patient and they are to. That's customer service

Online it said their were 25 of the items in the store. They were not in the aisle and bay they were supposed to be in. I was told those items "didn't have a home" and I would need to order them on line!

I will definitely recommend this store, it is very conveinent and the employees are very friendly.
