I will drive farther, passing multiple Home Depots to shop at the Cerritos store because of the customer service we received from Alexander in the garden department ! His customer service was better than any I have received in years !!! A+ employee ....

Irma the store manager was extremely helpful . She’s a perfect example of what good looks like and leads by example. Thank you the store was amazing.

I find all the employees at this Home Depot to be extremely helpful for anything I might be shopping for, whether that be a light bulb(with so many choices of shades of white) or carpet...they all go out of their way to be super helpful.

I was very content with parking, employee assistance, store cleanliness, stock and check-out expedition.

Since i'm in the area during the week, i stop in the store to find necessary items that i need. my boyfriend says it is like his toys r us, he loves Home depot. I agree, so much to fix my new home i just purchased in July..The employees are fantastic and the products are great..I would always recommend Home depot to anyone it is our favorite store..

Toni helped me get Hex Bolts, and I fixed my elliptical. I can still workout at home. I'm very happy.

Second time I’ve been roughly treated badly at this particular store. Cashier very rude when I was friendly and respectful of her. She shouldn’t work with people!!

Worst customer service. Asked for help to copy my keys because it won’t be precessed on the self-copying machine. I talked to two employees and first guy said he will call someone to help & the second guy said he will be there, but no one ever came. I waited for over 10-15 mins and left. On my way out, I found the one guy talking to other employees in the customer service area. Just standing there and talking. I wanted to talk to him, but he wasn’t even properly wearing his mask, not covering his nose. Ew. I will never shop at this location. Zero star.

Two weeks ago I bought an LG refrigerator delivery set for four weeks away. The sales person was Aurora, an absolutely fantastic sales person second to none, I was very impressed with her expertise. I had not seen this refrigerator except for online, finally this Home Depot store got this frig on display two weeks after I ordered it, I was not impressed. Aurora assist us in purchasing a much better French door refrigerator that we loved. She helped us with the return of the first refrigerator that had not been delivered for the new refrigerator with no problems at all. Thank you Aurora!

Awesome service, even though they were extremely busy; this team was not too busy to provide an awesome customer experience. Ron and the rest of the team did a heck of a job! Thanks for helping me with my project. My backyard looks great with the new sod.

The coffee at the entrance to keep us customers warm, to the smooth handling of the poinsettias distribution and the friendly emplyoees ready to assit made my shopping experience in your store pleasant. GREAT STAFF

This store is great people go in and out for what they need. Service is great products and the classic homedepot theme. Homedepot is the only hardware company I'll go to.
