The women employee at the paint counter told a customer that they smelled really bad. You shouldnt say that to a customer. It was rude, loud and ignorant. The customer and customers standing around the counter heard the employee and was offended. I don't care if the customer hasn't showered in a month, you can't tell a customer that they smell bad.

Just a great place to shop great employees when you can't find a item there is always someone to help you.

I was very disappointed in the help that I did NOT get. But I know I will have to go back to get the rest of the flooring that I need and will bring my own help.

Honor Home Depot sale prices! It is time to review basics with all you front line associates and managers

The store has made significant changes to protect its workers. In turn, the new policies also protect the public, like me. I have always had help when I needed it and the workers go out of their way to assist you- to the best of their knowledge. On many ocassions, assistants have taken the time to get help or to look up things I am looking for, even if they are at another HD store in the area. It is good to have assistants who have background knowledge and are up to date on materials for sale in the store.

Home Depot could have their employees offer help when they see someone milling around and actually them to where the product is. Sometimes the employee knows absolutely nothing about the product even though they work there.

The store is very clean inside and out and the workers are nice and helpful.

We passed inspection yesterday and the project is complete! I am so happy I cannot walk for skipping! We used Home Depot 2 to 4 times a week. We may have bought something from every department even Tool Rental. Home Depot has almost everything we needed and it just made for a great experience. Thank you so much for being there!

The Home Depot has been a life saver for my projects. I am on the cusp of finishing my longest most difficult project. I have had such a wonderful 8 months that I have to share that with other customers. I have repaired problem after problem thanks to the convenience of the ProDesk Pay over the phone service and the location. My contractors go to Home Depot at least 3 times per week sometimes twice in a day. We have purchased plumbing, drywall, lumber, lighting, ceiling fixtures, paint, kitchen and bathroom, flooring and even sanitizer! In a few days, I will finish and I have so much gratitude for Home Depot's contribution. Sometimes if you just stop and think, there is so much to be grateful for.

This Store location has a great staff on-hand! They are always friendly and helpful. They know their products and services. I don't think there is any other store in WNY that is run so professionally and efficiently! If you've ever gone somewhere and the people act like they don't want to help you...check out the Cheektowaga Thruway Plaza store. These people are FANTASTIC!!!

Associates around to assist

Almost every trip to Home Depot has been greeted by two very friendly employees. Dan in Electrical and Irene, a cashier. Both go out of their way to assist me in any way they can. They have perfect customer care skills and I am hoping your store manage recognizes these skills.

I needed a cutoff switch for a 220V line. I spoke to Dan and Phil who asked the correct questions and offered a solution for my needs. Both gentlemen were pleasant, informative and a lot of fun to deal with. I've dealt with Dan quite often and he has always given me excellent service and made me feel welcome and appreciated.

Cashier Isabella is a Rockstar!!!! Love her, thanks for working there Bella! Youre so helpful and happy to help, thank you for all you do to help me when I COME IN!

This store is amazing, they really know how to treat their customers!

If you can research your product on line first find out which Aisle & Bay the item is in this way you can find it your self, the workers are just walking around pretending to be busy, stop them and ask for help otherwise they will not ask you
