I have shopped in this store and others in the past as in Abilene Texas and in National City Calif and have always liked the friendliness in the store at all times

Home Depot is generally the store you go to because they have what you need. I would add that during this current crisis they are going above and beyond what other big box stores is doing. Sanitizing carts is really the one thing that they can control, so they are doing that. I have not noticed anyone else doing that. Well done!

How can it take over 48hrs to pull 10 bags of mulch for pick up? Also still no email that my purchase is ready for pick up.

The store was clean. The staff was friendly and the selection was exceptional.

I now know why they usually don’t have enough staff to cover the store, this cashier was incredibly rude and acted suspicious and arrogant in order to cover for her own ignorance of how to ring a simple transaction and ultimately had to have a fellow associate help her do her job.

Very frustrated at the handling of the backlog of customers at the paint department. Chris was more worried about getting the paint shaker full than following the social distancing plan. He made customers wait in the main aisle near the light bulbs so he could fill the shaker. There wasn't enough room for us, customers passing by, and the area "coned" off for the paint department. Keep moving around he would say. Even though the markings on the floor were very clear where we were supposed to be.

I went to the paint Dept. on April 2nd at around 5:15 pm and asked for the cheapest white indoor semi-gloss paint. The guy asked what brand, then I said again, the cheapest. Not sure what was hard to understand about my answer. He said Glidden. I then had to ask what was the price and he said he would have to look it up in the notebook. Not really sure why he would not know the price of a common stock paint, but anyways he walks over to the counter to look and then answers the phone. There are two girls there doing nothing behind the counter and I guess it was to hard for him to ask them to answer the phone, or for them to take the initiative to answer it beings that he had a customer. At that point he was on the phone so I just said that if the phone call was more important then I will buy my paint somewhere else and then left. Your employee's conduct is a poor reflection on how you train your workers. I can say in other stores I have never been treated that way before. The person on the phone did not have money in their pocket right then to spend and I did. You lost out on my paint purchase now and in the future.

I found employees friendly, and go over and above to be helpful. I RARELY find this not to be true. I leave with the feeling I have found a friend.

The associates is what runs this home depot down. They are rude and make you feel as your money is worthles. When you look for help you either get people rolling their eyes at you, treating you like a thief, or pushed out of the store. It's like they run away from you when you are trying to find assistance. Home Depot really needs to find people who care about their jobs instead of hiring people who are only there for a paycheck. I am going to start using other stores I'll drive to Olympia if I have too each experience just gets worse here. No one there likes to bring product down I had to show the lady the skus matched to a product in top stock cause shelf was empty and she rolled her eyes and before I pointed it out to her she said they were out. They were willing to lose out on a $200 dollar sale because they were lazy.

Friendly environment and the employees are always nice. Store is always clean and stocked. We are always greeted when we walk in.

A great store with an abundance of great employees that are all quick to help!!

This Chehalis store is the only big box DIY store in west Lewis county. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, proficient. Always helpful. Compared to their major competitor that is 30+ miles away North. I am glad I live where there is such a great Home Depot.

Good stock of items. Seemed to be a lot of employees but I had to ask for help instead of the 3 walking by asking me if I needed help

Of the 8 years I have been visiting this home depot, I have found your staff to be particularly knowledgeable, especially electrical, plumbing, and lumber. They are kind, work hard, and attentive, and generally have a very pleasant attitude(we all have our rough days :) ). I go out of my way to drive there, rather than local hardware stores.

As a veteran I appreciate the chain wide veterans discount. I also appreciate a recent checker that DID NOT SAY "Thank you for your service", but rather looked me in the eye and said "Its good to serve you today". It felt much more genuine than that tired and automatic "thank you" line.

Each time I visit the Chehalis Home Depot it seems easier to locate what I need than before. I'm not sure if its due to making many trips there after purchasing a newly remodeled home or if it's the staff that is always ready to help. I gotta say it is very nice after I show my Military ID that the cashiers look me right in the eyes and say, Thank you for your Service, I get goosebumps everytime. Thank you, Home Depot for all you do.
