We went to this Home Depot which is farther away from where we live than another Home Depot because the closer one has not given us good service with previous projects. Deborah was amazing to work with in getting a new dishwasher!

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm hello from the sales associate. I then proceeded tell him what I needed and within seconds he was able to flag down his manager and notify him that I wanted a grill which was locked outside. His manager quickly unlocked the grills and gave me the one I wanted. Upon inspection the sales associate told me about a small dent in the grill and that he would ask the manager for a discount which the manager Agreed to. After, that I was checked out at the customer service desk by Marina who did a fabulous job! Thanks Home Depot I look forward to coming back.

From dry wall to plumbing there’s a clearly labeled sign pointing you in ever direction needed. Fast and easy shopping trip.

Always find what I need at a good price and employees always helpful

We recieved help we needed by Kevin on a very difficult plumbing issue. Kevin went out of his way, even to the point of finding us in the parking as we were leaving lot to let us know he found what we were looking for. long story, but let's just say I have never had anyone put that much effort into helping me a any store!!!

The people that work here are consistently friendly and helpful every time I come by. Feels like a small-town hardware shop experience sometimes.

Brought this home today 1004-323-026-52-15 on sale for $898. It was already assembled and I bought it off the floor. Got it home and found two stripped out screws, rust in drawers and rust on the inside of the cover where it was spot welded together. I read other reviews where they said it was too heavy to lift and I agree. I brought an enclosed trailer with a ramp and I am glad I did. I suggest if you get a toolbox combo, you look it over very carefully. I am going to get some paint with primer and see if I can take care of the rust.

Over the past month I had to bring back light bulbs 3 times as I kept buying the wrong bulbs. The ladies at the return desk were very helpful and laughed with me each time. Love this store!!!

I went there to purchase specific stainless steel fastners, but the packages were all mixed up, none of the sizes were in order. I gave up searching for what I needed.

This is the second time in 15 years I've used the Cheyenne Home Depot to remodel a kitchen. In both instances, the kitchen planner was superb at making the experience easy and accurate. Each time, the needed cabinetry, appliances and supplies were delivered as promised.

Every time I go in to The Home Depot #6002 Cheyenne, my experience is no less than perfect! I always look forward to visiting this location, they treat you like family!! Excellent!!!!

When Columbus sailed the ocean blue and landed his feet on this great country of the United States of America. I am sure what he said was this would be a great place for a Home Depot. It took us a while but we're getting her done.

Now here's a little story I got to tell about a Home Depot you know so well, it started way back in history with that rock Arthur Blank and me Mickey D., we had a little horsey named Paul Revere, just me and my horsey and a quart of orange juice. Sun is shining down on my Home Depot hat, air is getting hot orange juice is getting bad, looking for some tools ran into some wood the Home Depot assistant said howdy I said hi.

I love this store! It is amazing and the employees are great!!!

Rude and unprofessional assistant manager Natalie or whatever she is has made it a memorable experience and we won’t be back.

Couldn't find an employee to make a key. Bought carpet, paid for requested size, but when I got it home it was a foot short! It was easier to go buy the materials to splice the carpet than roll it up and haul it back. Employees at self check out ignored requests for assistance, since they were busy comparing their schedules. Finally moved to the ONE check out lane that was open. The cashier informed me that the veteran's discount I recieve at other Home Depot stores is invalid at this store. Talked to the Assistant Manager Jon, who apologized, but made no effort to compensate for the carpet problem. It wasn't so much about being charged for less carpet than I got, it was more about the inconvenience and lack of customer service in every department I went to.

I have always found this Home Depot to have friendly, helpful staff. The variety and options for purchases is quite adequate and the store is kept clean and organized. I am quite happy with my experiences at this store.

The staff working at this store are competent, friendly and professional. They understand the difference between being polite and courteous. When they don't know the answer to a question, they find out, they don't make things up. My bottom line as a business owner is my customers' satisfaction. Many of my customers are elderly ladies, many are members of the LGBT community. They are consistently treated well, taken seriously and given the feeling their trade is welcomed at the Cheyenne Home Depot. I especially appreciate one staff member, in particular - Lori Delaney. When the service desk can't find my customer's order, she can. When the specialists in any area of the store aren't available, I can go to her desk and she finds what I need. Her appliance department actually stocks the appliances which I install in the seventy-eight rental units my company services. When I send clients to her for them to spend tens of thousands of dollars on kitchen and laundry updates, they get their money's worth from her. There is only one reason to shop at a brick and mortar store in today's online world - the staff. The Cheyenne Home Depot has grasped this.
