After checking out with my parts at the self checkout kiosks I had a question for the pro desk. A young gentlemen at the pro desk attempted to assist me in finding out information about Perks for my commercial revolving charge account using my Home Depot app. He called over someone who supposedly had more insight. She was an older woman with colored hair and a pride pin but I did not think to get her name off her name tag. After I said hello, she did not greet me or smile. She gestured for me to give her my phone so I did. As she was not communicating with me, I was again trying to explain my specific question about how perks are applied to my account. She kept ignoring me while she was interrupting me with side comments to another clerk. This went on for 3 minutes and after the young gentlemen at the desk tried to allow me to speak she continued to interrupt intent-fully pulling me away from what I had to express. She then began to give me a simple excuse while still holding my phone and told me that the issue was something I caused and I know it was not. I was just trying to understand the perks system. She continued playing with my phone and said that they can’t help me so I have to call a Home Depot online number. I then asked for my phone back as she was no help and was making my experience very inconvenient. I don’t have a name but she didn’t make my life easy. It would be nice if on something is done to avoid this happening to another customer.

Although more expensive then Lowe’s, I tend to go to this Home Depot frequently. Depending on who is working, they are nice and helpful. However, on the wrong days, I’ve waited over 20mins for assistance lifting 80lbs pavers into my vehicle. It’s like a roll of the dice.

I dread every single time I’m forced to go to the Chicopee HD. Unfortunately Chicopee and W. Springfield are the only stores that carry unfinished white oak flooring and I have no choice. Customer service is awful here. The pro desk has a bad reputation across all trades in the area. The guys there have no interest in helping pros unless it’s over $1500. If not, you’re trash. This is why I purchase 32,000sqft of unfinished oak annually from Lumber Liqudators. Tell your lazy employees that a paid will-call order pick up scheduled for 9am doesn’t mean it’s still on a high shelf at 1:30pm. Then treat me like a jerk for complaining about having to wait for 45 mins.

It’s my favorite store in the area and I use about four others. Mark in hardware is awesome, as is Pedro and Louie in millwork

The Chicopee Home Depot has probably the best customer service in Pro Desk section, I have ever had the opportunity to use. John and Pam are two of the most accommodating employees I have ever met. They are helpful and thorough in what they do! If you need something from Home Depot, go and see John and Pam!!

I was in need of some flooring advice and had the pleasure of speaking with the highly motivated, Ms. Morgan! She carefully listened to my concerns and then proceeded to show me a variety of flooring options for my project. I really appreciate her sincere dedication to helping her customers in a most friendly, courteous and professional manner. While I was at the store, I said hello to Ed who was finished for the day and heading home. He asked how I was doing and if I was working on any new projects. I told him about my latest one - building a 4' x 8' kicking board for my neighbor's soccer playing son. Ed walked me to the isle and helped me select the right screws needed for the project. Ed is the consummate professional who always goes the extra mile for his customers. His expert knowledge is always sought out and greatly appreciated! Thank You! It was time to cash out at the world famous Chicopee Home Depot Service Desk and I was expertly assisted by the highly motivated team of Sun-Jay and Master Nate in a most excellent, professional and manly manner. I always get great service in this store. It seemed that employees were just looking for opportunities to help. I just had surgery and employees went above and beyond to help.

Marc in the tool rental dept in Home Depot Chicopee does not provide customer service. he's RUDE AND NASTY everytime i go there. he's UNWILLING to be helpful and is VERY DIMISSIVE.

This store was very clean & the employees we kind & helpful The cashier Annmarie was very friendly & even asked me if I found everything I needed.

The clerk in electrical came right up to us to help, found exactly what we needed. I told him “thank you for knowing your job”. He replied, “I’ve only been here for two weeks”. Home Depot must have a great training program. I wish I looked his name badge, he had a great personality too!

The Chicopee Home Depot Memorial Day extravaganza was in full force when I was expertly assisted by the highly motivated associate Mr. Marc A. This gentleman not only assisted in helping me load my 5 bags of mulch in the rain, he then proceeded to walk me over to Electronics to purchase a Multi Meter and then carefully explained how it worked. It gets even better! Next we visited the Tool Department to pick up a Milwaukee Impact Drill that was on sale and highly recommended by Mr. Marc himself! . Now that's the very best in world class customer service! The following day I returned for round two and was greatly assisted by Mr. Dave "GFI" Gil in Electronics, Justin "Always on the move!" in Receiving, General Eileen in Flooring and the Lot Manager, Mr. "Can Do!" Chris. At the world's finest Service Desk, The V.A.L, Happy Hannah, Jason, Alexa, Master Nate, Katie B. and the Motivator himself, Mr. Steven C! In the Garden Department, many thanks once again to Ms. Elizabeth for always demonstrating her sincere interest and genuine concern for all of my landscaping and garden projects. I have always had a pleasant experience when visiting the Chicopee store. The staff is always very attentive and they know their stuff well... And the inventory is amazing. Price are, of course, extremely competitive ....
