I shop here frequently but I continually see multiple employees standing around the self checkout area while i am forced to use that stupid process. I dont understand why we cant have cashiers to check you out when you are finished shopping. Many other folks feel the same way about this.

I had an issue with an extended warranty claim on a dehumidifier. The store was extremely helpful in resolving the issue quickly, professionally, and cheerfully, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. I have always found the customer service at Home Depot to be exceptional. That is why I always prefer to shop there instead of at one of their competitors whenever I can, and will continue to do so.

I was in a rush to find a list of items for a rush contract and was greetred by ready willing and able employees that helped me get everything on my list with a smile and polite manner. I will definitely be returning to this store again.

The tool I needed was out of stock but then Trey came along to help me and found a similar tool. Matched the price to the lowered price tool that was out of stock. Trey proceeded to help me with a heavy bag and took it and loaded in my car. I was so impressed with this amazing above and beyond service I received from this store.

I recently went in to purchase a single orchid. The garden dept. staff member John noticed and recommended I take a look at the special table of orchids for $8 at the entrance. Because of him I was able to purchase multiple orchids for nursing home residents at a great price. Many thanks to John and Home Depot for this special pricing of beautiful, quality orchids.

Our Va Tech student needed a couple of radiant oil filled heaters for their apartment. I also bought a couple of Frost King window insulation kits. I live six hours from campus so I called the Christianburg store and placed an order for the needed items and our student can pick them up. Saved me time and gas money.

Store had more variety than most Home Depot’s I have been to. Workers are friendly and always eager to help lead you in the right direction and brand for your particular project.

My contractor placed a pick up for me to grab, however, his store was located in Dallas, TX. Lisa saw my fear/frustration and nicely offered to print off my order AND write the aisle/bay location for me to easily find. If it were NOT for Lisa I would have been lost. Thank You Lisa!!!

we purchased a LG refrigerator from Home Depot and paid much less than their competitor. This refrigerator is incredible!!!! I cannot believe all the bells and whistles on this thing!!! I would highly recommend this to my family and friends.

I find the Home Depot Garden Department very pleasant to use. There are always many nice choices, and the plants are well cared for.

This Home Depot location is away from major highways but is worth the trip. The management has obviously instructed the staff to help (my experience in other states was apathy). During regular working hours there is a helpful staff member, with experience, in both Mill Works and Paint.

I pass several stores to get to Homedepot where I usually find everything I need. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable and if by chance they don’t have what you need they suggest where to find it.

Will never shop here again! People standing around found nothing and you have to ask them to help load stuff and they tell you that you have to pull your own 30 cases of tiles and load yourself even tho you spent $2k there!
