This store has lack of customer service. The staff at check-out are lazy to assist or call for help. They send their customer back to aisle to verify instead. Although, not all, but sorry, one bad apple can affect everyone. So please train or re-train those staff seriously who gets complaint of one or two.

Not happy with delivery as they failed to deliver my paid order in one trip. The reminder was delivered late the following date and I lost money having to hire people to bring the drywall into the house on three separate dates instead of just one date. In addition, they said they delivered a certain amount of product the first date which was wrong. They can review their photos to verify. I had to go back to store in person to have them correct. Delivery of purchased product was horrible and I will be going to their competitors next time I need this product.

I enjoy going to Home Depot because I can find almost everything I need. There aren't many employees who will greet you but honestly I see that everywhere. Luckily I know what I'm looking for, so I don't really need any help when I'm shopping. Store is relatively clean so no complaints there. I will definitely continue shopping at this location.

Products I bought were made in the USA. So glad it wasn't China. I like Quality parts verses saving a few pennies.

Went in for a simple charcoal run and it was somehow made even simpler, Hector Rivas offered to carry my charcoal and help me to the registers as well as load it in to my car. And management Dee was very friendly in asking if I was helped and would require anything else for my day.

I AM 90 YRS OLD AND A RETIRED CHULA VISTA POLICE DETECTIVE YES, I GO WAY BACK - THIS CITY WAS ONCE BARE = NOW FULLY DEVELOPED AND WITH THE HELP OF YOUR STORE - I HAVE SHOPPED ALL YOUR STORE IN THE SOUTH COUNTY - BUT THIS ONE IS THE BEST AT ONE TIME I USED TO USE HOME DEPOT FREQUENTLY, BUT NOW HAVE TO PAY OTHERS FOR WHAT I USED TO DO FOR MYSELF AND OTHERS MY RETIREMENT ISN'T THAT MUCH, BUT SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT IS A BIG HELP THANKS

Steve was helpful and hit me out with everything I needed in a hurry. I was tired, grumpy and had just left discount tires after removing a nail. Steve didn’t even know I had a terrible day but kept positive till I gave in and had a better outlook. Hard to be grumpy around positive people. Thank you Steve , needed my lights ASAP after being sick for a week prior abd house being repainted while I’m out picking lights

I got 2 oil heaters and I am very happy with them.

This store always seems to have the most knowledgable employees, both on where to find the needed products and how to best use them.

One of the main reasons I go to this particular store, is because of it cleanliness and organization. On top of that, the folks there are very friendly. Its hard to beat that now a days.

We travel to the store from another nearby store, looking for a jackhammer, the staff members were all very nice and helpful. We learned the store was the bigger store closest to our house so we plan to frequent the store from now on.

5 stars for customer service. Received help from Lyssette and Jess today; great attitudes and customer service. Communication was quick and effective. 4 stars because the store didn’t have what I wanted but the team was able to find something comparable to still meet my needs.

Came to the Chula Vista Home Depot on a rare Sunday day off, and was attended to exceptionally by the tool department associate that went above and beyond to find the right combo of Makita cordless tools I required, then Erik the cashier was also great and patient when I presented him with screenshots of my temp HDCC and rebate coupon, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes happy as a lad on Christmas morning with my new tools and a $50 discount.

We weren’t sure which lawnmower to buy. Two Steves at the store were so very helpful in answering our questions and providing us information that assisted us in our purchase.

I went to the depot to purchase cable fasteners, when I got to the check out counter I realize I had forgot my wallet. Frank saw I was frustrated and offered to give me the fasteners for free as he reconatized me over the years of shopping there.. That what makes you guys the best..

I usually shop at another store and it is like pulling teeth asking an employee for help. Quite the opposite at this store. Every single person to whom I asked a question seemed eager to help. Even their body language was involved as they would turn to me to answer my questions. Hats off to store to 0658. Doers can get more done, shopping there.

Ana was my cashier for my most recent purchase. She was extremely kind, and helpful, and ensured I had an amazing experience at this Home Depot. Will definitely be shopping here again!
