I have never had a customer service rep be so enthusiastic to help and approach me before having to ask them. Lucas did a great job and took me throughout the store to find the exact items I needed quickly saving me a ton of time and helping me make selections when there were multiple choices. Not your typical "you can find it in aisle 16" answer. He even looked on-line for this little pocket door latch I needed when it was not in stock in the store. Definitely went above and beyond the average person working in home improvement stores. If Home Depot is beefing up customer service on the floor I will definitely shop there more often.

Asked for assistance with mulch and the girl seemed puzzled but called for someone. He came out shortly after and was half way to us and seemed to get another call and he turned around and went back in. We waited 15 mins and no one came to assist. We had asked for assistance for a reason due to my husband having back issues but had to load them ourselves and left. The time before that we had curb side pick up. After waiting 20mins we called. They some how "lost" 8-80lb sandbags that were set aside and the substitute they were going to give me instead was not suitable for my needs. They transfered me to a manager where all of a sudden they were found and they would be right out which took another 15-20mins.

I am consistently impressed with the level of customer service.

The people and circumstances where I was expertly assisted before, during, and after my DYI bathroom remodeling project at the Cicero, NY store #1235 are simply the best! Vickie and Jordon at the Customer Service Desk, Bill in plumbing, and Kenny who seems to be everywhere, collectively, are a great asset to Home Depot. Example: Bill in plumbing has vast experience that he shared with instructor-like precision. I've been a fan of the Home Depot for years. Getting me through my remodeling project with an awesome end product only validated I chose the right place to spend my money.

A difficult on line order had me frustrated and confused, your employee made my day

Purchased an appliance, took two weeks for it to come, it arrived late due to weather, then could not get it down my basement stairs, then found a dent in the appliance on the truck. I am now waiting for another appliance, and another delivery date. This is terrible, especially for the amount I am paying for something not used yet. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!

Purchased a CB Panel, boxes, wire, supplies, etc and was in/out in no time due to great sales support (by Will)

Always people there to help and answer my questions and they are very knowledgeable to my projects .

Visited the Home Depot a few times this past month, missed some of the surveys however wanted to share my experiences about the great customer service at this store. Shout out to Cathleen who always working at the Contractor Cash Register, always very courteous, friendly and helfpul. Definite asset to the store. In appliances, I had superior service from Joette and Diana! Great people!

I use this store on a regular basis and overall I’m satisfied. But today I had a cashier that knew absolutely nothing about customer service. I asked for a cart to lay some Sheetrock on and she said they were probably all out on the parking lot, and rather than call someone and ask them to get one, she went back to her personal conversation on her cell phone, while ringing people up. When I asked her a question about the Sheetrock, she acted as if though I was bothering her because she was again using her cell phone holding a conversation.

This store does a great job of usually providing a large stock and do a great job of making your shopping experience with them a pleasure with great customer service and highly motivated and professional staff

This Store has an Employee that is engaged in his work and Home Depot in Cicero is lucky to have him. It's so hard to find help anywhere in America these days. However an exception to this is Andrew Fiacco in Cicero NY. He takes charge of a situation, engages in help needed. Finds the best product for our needs.. Shows respect in helping until the end of the transaction process. Assists the customer with heavy work , keeps a smile and sense of humor while he works. Thank You Andrew. I will shop Home Depot Cicero, N. Y. more.

Extremely helpful. I was lucky enough to have Donovan help me with my lawnmower purchase. He went above and beyond what was required.

Spray paint and interior stain colors are lacking at those time. Other than that, the store is great

This store is always so clean and stocked and items are so easy to find. Our company is at Home Depot multiple times during the week and this is the best in the area. Especially the pro-desk and Kelly make the experience so enjoyable and convenient.

Outstanding store, as we walked through the store every employee either said hello or asked if we needed assistance. This is an awesome store to shop at !

Andrew Fiacco went above and beyond normal customer duties. He attempted to find a product the store showed having 5, but non were found. He offered a more than fair discount on a better item. It was greatly appreciated.

It's always a pleasant experience

I visit this store to purchase most of my special construction projects. Usually items that I know a plumber or electrician or furnace tech might need to update my home for projects I can't perform. They have a better selection of items I need for my do-it-yourself projects. A couple of times a store associate has helped me order items online and have the items delivered to my home. The associated are friendly and usually guide to the item I'm looking for or give the location in an aisle. The restrooms are clean as is the entire store.

The Cicero store is smaller than other locations, and the staff is always friendly when I have questions. I’m the Interior Designer for Martin Custom Homes and we do a lot of business at your location. During COVID I’ve noticed that the store is cleaner, job well done!
